I always wondered (as an anime only viewer) how ainz's call to arms really would be a dud and stain his reputation bc why would the adventures care to join him. But now rethinking it, if you were beginning to get out of work and Lockheed Martin pulled out their greatest shmoves and said they're gonna give you this toy and pay for your cowboy days... For a pure mage with zero physical abilities, he surely improved a lot. He can't get skills, get warrior classes or level up (as far as we know), but he can improve by practicing and mimicry (which is technically valid, he is not gaining figther job classes)
As Momon when he is using conjured weapons and armor, this is correct. But I think here, since we see him using non-conjured weapons he is using Perfect Warrior for this fight and thus has a ton of "fake" warriors stats. Although he doesn't have any warrior jobs so he has to entirely go off of raw stats + his own skills.
@@havefuntazarasu5367 some of the info was left out of the anime but the workers were sent there to raid and kill any witnesses regardless of being a monster or human/subhuman race. They noted the graveyard had been taken care of so they KNEW that the property was someone elses. They chose to go in and get more than what ainz left at the top. They got greedy.

@@DavinMiltan Remember the side story of him saying heʻll take 3 days off to help push the paid vacation route and also to have some alone time by saying he will roll around in bed and Albedo got all the Homunculi maids to help roll over in bed. lol The NPCs have serious abandonment issues, if he goes on a journey at least one of them has to be with him like Nabe and stay in communication with everyone. There is no WAY Albedo will allow him to be gone from her side for that long. She will burn the world down before that happens.

Martial arts never existed in Yggdrasill. Ainz had an idea to see it those can be enhanced exponentially, so he asked all the Guardians to look for people who can use them. He analyzed Clementine's style and used it in this fight.

He did train himself but to no avail. I did not watch the full anime fight but in the LN he used debuffs and intimidation lv.1 to slow down the enemy enough to outspeed him hence personalizing Clementines fighting style to his own pace.
he trained as momon to see if he can gain martial arts but failed. maybe it's because of his arcane magician job, so he instead experimented to see if death knights can acquire some martial art skills. for the fight tho he just tried copying clementine's movements (minus her martial art) with stiletto
That is the risk for sure. But, I don't think there is a way to make people go adventure without power to support. They already knew the hard truth behind "adventurer", that they can die, low income-high maintence and such. Gospel the adventuring is just bad advertisement. Although, I don't think Ainz team will have problem, if people just come to him for power.
I'm pretty sure Ainz/Nazarick has made preparations for such contingencies; after all, Ainz did agree with Albedo early on that they should limit the amount of knowledge that they can give to the masses.

Very likely they're using it to train adventures who join with nazarick pop forces, which once defeated respawn with no cost automatically with time. If they can't fight simple skeletons they won't stay around as adventurers haha

Most adventurers never get to such levels due to inherent dangers of the profession so Nazarick eliminates said risk by building a dungeon for the adventures to train. Ainz's offer for resurrection is extremely attractive to higher level adventurers who has money to spare but often times end up dying because there isn't anyone around who could use resurrection magic.

No, a ressurection make you lost some level and in the New world, it's a lot harder to gain them than in Yggdrasil
