A fruit roll up?!?! THAT IS BRILLIANT!!!!! I also LOVE your first aid kit video as well as the one where you took your horse's temperature. Really good stuff to know!
I remember Pleasant. He was a nice horse. I love the whip holder. I did this a long time ago and now I need to make another. I have always loved your hacks.
I just love your content I wish you posted more. I do not own horses but I volunteer for my friends 17 horses and we are always trying to find creative ways to spend less and be more organized. I love the power washing of the blankets she has a power washer. I think that the weighing of the hay is a good idea too because it makes sure all of the horses are getting the correct amount. Thank you and I will keep watching.
See you said it’s slapping a bandaid on the problem but it actually could help. The positive reinforcement of getting something yummy could help the horse learn to take the bit
I’m trying to find your video about your rolling first aid kit. It’s hurricane season in south Texas; and this is supposed to be a bad year for it. Your (rolling) first aid kit came to mind. By the way, soooo glad to have the Budget Equestrian back !
Hi Lisa! I love all your tips! How do you use the fish scale to get the accurate weight? I bought it after watching this video, I also have a luggage scale, and the problem I have with both of them is they lock the weight so I can’t add or remove feed. So I add feed, it gives the weight, if I add more or remove, the weight doesn’t change at that point.

I just press the "weigh" button in the middle - on mine it looks like a smile-and it recalculates the new weight.
Thnx great info! how did you go about choosing Strongid C 2X and why that one?
I’m going to try the copper rod in the stock tank to see how it works for algae bloom.
Awesome video Lisa!!! Did you know equioxx is bbq flavored?!? Lol! 😂 But I do the same!!
My horse eats it off her daily feed.
One of my horses eats the expandable bedding!
