I totally thought that she was his wife, and that they had a baby together and that Hampton's office was his home. (Which was the only part that threw me off because I distinctly remember him saying he had to go home in one video...)
My office used to be my home, but I moved when I got married! I still film in the same place as before.

This is really great but I really wish someone would address how to get back into fitness after a c-section. Most of these stretches would have been impossible to do for me even a year after I had my daughter. She's 7 now and still having trouble with a lot of abdominal exercises due to pain even though 3 doctors have assured me everything looks fine.
I heard sometimes after giving birth, physical therapy could really help recovery! If it's in your budget, you might benefit from a consultation.
Hey! You may want to consult a pelvic floor physio. There may even be videos from pelvic floor physio on RUclips....that would be an easy and free starting point.
Hi, as a mom of three, who had all three delivered by c-section, I might be able to explain a little, or at least give you a starting point to talk to your doctor.
I had the lingering pain in the incision site months afterwards, too. At least, I did after my first one. After my second c-section, I had the typical recovery, with the pain fading as the wound healed. What I eventually figured out was that it was probably nerve damage.
After the first incision, the nerves tried to reconnect, but they couldn't connect correctly, which meant they were constantly misfiring, and sending pain signals where there wasn't actually a problem.
When the wound healed after the second c-section, the nerve ends died, or scarred over, or something, which let me heal without the lingering pain. Even after my third, once the wound healed, there was just numbness left. As a point of interest, my mother-in-law, who had c-sections with both her pregnancies, had the same experience, which I didn't find out until we were talking about pregnancies and such, years after my last one.
Your experience here isn't common, but it's not unheard of either. Talk to your doctor or your gynecologist, and tell them that you're still experiencing pain in the scar. Does it feel hot sometimes, or have a burning sensation? Have you had to stop wearing certain styles of underwear because they put too much pressure on the scar or the skin around it? Do jeans or tight pants feel like they're chafing the scar? (All of these were true for me.) Tell them EVERYTHING, and ask if it could be nerve damage.
I don't know what can be done about it, since mine was fixed by getting the scar reopened for another c-section, but feel free to quote me, or show them my comment if you need, and see what they say.
Gentle stretching that was integrated into daily activities helped me with keeping the abdominal muscles from getting too stiff, but you're probably going to need medical intervention to actually do something about the pain.
I wish I could give you a miracle cure here, but unfortunately, the best I can do is let you know that you're not the only one experiencing this. Best of luck to you!
Love it! Fun … I’m slow on the uptake; I was wondering (a) if Hampton had a new or a second wife, and, (b) if Hampton was trying to break it to us that he has a six months old baby boy! Then Hampton pops into view and, VOILA, April Fools!
My oldest was born shortly after I graduated from grad school. I was a stay at home dad and homeschooled for several years. A high quality home life is definitely worth it.

Hey man you probably don't look at these but along time ago I was not able to do any of the work outs you do since I had 3 surgeries. Now I can do any variation push up. Pull ups, anything. Thanks to you. Still have alot of work to get in full shape but I wanted to thank you for those videos you post. It's insane how much they help. Thanks!
