Hi, I really liked the video, especially as I recently moved in to my new apartment. I totally understand the struggle with getting rid of the boxes. PS: I think you made a mistake at 13:40 - it should be living room, right?
I really loved the idea using bulps changing color! I also have google home and only use it for music, I didn't know it CAN change the color of the lights too!! super cool
hallogen oven can be a good replacement to the old style oven, it's reasonably priced and cooks very well and fast we've had it in our tiny apt and it's been very useful

The no oven, just a hob thing is common in European rented accommodations (and especially in places that rent to students for some reason)
