That was a good match despite matchups n stuff could’ve been anybody’s game down to the wire.
I'm salty Fuudo lost, he deserved to win against Kubo. Stupid Abigail.

Cheetos Ortiz deserve and earn are synonyms. Of course you have to earn it. I just think Fuudo was a bit unlucky is all.
That match came down to the last hit. Absolutely no luck was involved here. They both played great and the match was not one sided at all.
"deserve and earn are synonyms" In application, not really. No one would say "[x] earned to win against [y]." Deserve is aspirational; earn is actual.

People bitching about Abi. Kubo doesn't even pick top tier. He stuck with Abi since the very beginning when he was barely decent so you can't be mad. Kubo would play Hugo way back in AE and still stuck with him only to have mediocre performances tournament wise not because of skill. I'm just happy Grapplers are finally decent and capable of making it to top 8 without relying on insane luck or reactions to the level of Snake Eyez Gief back in SF4.

Abigail is clearly OP and they take forever to nerf it. Huugo from SF IV had a very high damage output but many more weaknesses than Abigail.

How can Fuudo not be salty after such a loss?!
So many Abigail players. Abigail is one of the worst character designs in all of Street Fighter, why did they have to put him in this game. I get that they have a history of putting Final Fight characters in Street Fighter, but Abigail is basically the worst choice after one of the generic hench men. He was cheap and idiotic in Final Fight and they kept up that tradition in SFV. Abigail is stupid to watch stylistically and strategically. The fact that Itabashi Zangief freaking switched from Zangief his freaking namesake to pick up this character tells you have ridiculous and busted Abigail is.
Zangief is supposed to be the ridiculously huge grappler. Abigail is just freaking nonsense how big he is and how messed up his personality and voice lines are. Abigail killed Zangief and that's infuriating because Abigail is idiotic.
So you have a problem with characters that are bigger than Zangief? That's hilarious.

One would think after Season 2, Abigail would get his buffs down... NOPE! Abigail's still the TOUGHEST, the STRONGEST and the HEALTHIEST son of a bitch you'll ever deal with.
And in case you didn't notice, those who have sticked to just one character and faced Abi got kicked out of the tournament. So yeah, Punk is gone and so is Fuudo. I guess Abi's list is about to get some more before it's done.
