He's OFFENSIVE, has nice combos with Akuma, amazingly fast reflexes, good mindgame, and is a respectful player despite his "killer face". He dominated this final from the beginning to the end, 3-0, 3-0, Fuudo's Mika did not have the keys tonight to beat Tokido's Akuma. He should have tried to change character. I hope Tokido finishes the year as the World #1, he deserves it ! He narrowly failed in 2016 and 2017. I hope 2018 will be Tokido's year !

Akuma is probably a top 2 character but even so tokido is not carried by akuma. He is clearly levels above every other akuma. This dude is amazing to watch play.
There´s also NO Guile, Cammy, Abigale, Bison (only once) winning premiere events... So, that's not mean these chars aren't broken. Gosh stop compare the chars how broken with their winning/losing
Fuudo is an all time great player, but he cracks like an egg once you open him up. Dieminion and Marq Teddy did it in SF4; Infiltration and Tokido did it in SF5. His only flaw as a player is his difficulty in developing a comeback strat in real time.
He just gets matched with a player that does well against his style, or a character he's hasn't had a lot practice Again at and that player is really good. He got knocked out of pools by an Alex that was amazing at SCR.
