Being a metalhead, I discovered this song thanks to Hellsing back in the early 2000's, and I don't regret it.
I looked it up after watching Helsing lol. I think this verison turns the stupid drums up too loud. Liked the Helsing version way better

I never saw hellsing until just a few weeks ago and discovered this gem of a song I missed in the deep past. Thanks for the musical magic.
If you still haven't, I recommend to watch Hellsing Ultimate now, I feel it's much better in every aspect and also has a really nice soundtrack.

This song is special to me and my girlfriend. Due to its association with Hellsing, I've always kinda seen this as Alucard singing to Seras, and in a similar manner to the two of them, she taught me how to live again. One of my favorite things about her is how full of life and enthusiasm she is. It's honestly her most attractive quality. I hope she knows I love her with all my heart, and that that's never gonna change.

These guys made the transition from the late 80's into the 90's perfectly both in looks and sound. From this video you would have never guessed they began in the 80's as a, so called, "hair" band.

初めて聞いた時にすごく綺麗なロックだと衝撃を受け、エリックさんのパワフルだけど美しく、とてもセクシーで綺麗な声に魅了されました。

"Actual Size" was a good album, with some very intense compositions, somehow different from the past but still great and still "Mr Big". That said, they were going through hard times at that moment, bad feelings between them and the consecutive quit. You can somehow see traces of that in this video, where Billy Sheehan is quite set apart from all scenes while maintaining a very controlled and minimal stage presence. It was a message. Luckily, they managed to set all those hard times apart and reunite, even if sadly for a short time. Let's hope for the future....would love to see them back shredding as hell with a new drummer. The world needs more and new "Colorado-Bulldog" thrills!

Mr. Big is just so underrated. This song deserves more views. I used to listen to their songs. And this is one of my favorite together with "To be with you" and "wild world".

Its actually an irony of linguistics. If you notice the duality of the anime itself the literal meaning of shine and the word "shine" in japanese actually means die. Which was intentional.

This album was always so painfully overlooked, but IMO had some of the best songwriting they ever did. I had no idea they had even made a music video for this song.
If I'm not mistaken, this album wasn't even originally released in the US. It was released in Japan only. I still have my japanese cd I ordered long before the streaming music days.

I honestly think of this song and the one from Treasure Planet, the one of "Always know where you are", the best "Feeling Good" songs from my childhood and teenage years.
And despite being different in vibe, the good feelings from both of these songs make me smile and remind me of those good times I was so fond off.

I love this group! Eric Martin is absolutely one of my favorites of all time. His voice is amazing and smile is...well..just look at 1:53 and that says it all. I had no idea how many songs I loved of his and knew until now. I hope I get to see him sing someday!
