These people certainly need to get a life, or seek specialist support.
This person obviously knows nothing about how the British National Health Service works. Almost all "elite" (whatever that means) private doctors are NHS consultants. ALL doctor specialist training occurs within the NHS. It's true that in recent years some consultants have become exclusively private, but they need to build up a reputation first. This can ONLY be done within the mainstream NHS. Finally, most British private "hospitals" are just glorified clinics. Few have a 24-hour cover for ALL medical and surgical specialities. It's not uncommon, and it's well documented for medical or surgical emergencies to arise in a private hospital, an ambulance to be called, and the patient transferred to the local NHS hospital. Private hospitals and clinics are much nicer from the accommodation point of view than NHS ones. Many are equivalent to 4 or 5 star hotels. But from a medical or surgical point of view they vary between dodgy to downright dangerous.

She was indeed painfully thin before her illness, it is also strange that she had many Spring engagements planned when it was revealed (shortly after the event) that her abdominal surgery was also planned in advance. Why would she have arranged so many engagements in the full knowledge that she had an operation round the corner?? Makes no sense. It actually suggests that she suffered a terrible and unexpected medical emergency and was rushed into hospital at very short notice. I do not believe for a second that we are being told the truth but I do wish her a speedy recovery.

Hi, I commented on that a month or so ago. The back crosspiece of the back tapers with natural perspective. However, the slats at the left are an identical large distance apart. The slats to the right are an identical small distance apart. I measured the bench on screen with a ruler. Unless the bench is built to provide an optical illusion, the slats would gradually appear to be smaller and closer together. It would have been possible to portray this on screen. Nobody bothered to make the image realistic. Why is Kate shown with jowls which are absent from all previous images? Old images which the press are still circulating. Why have her boobs magically disappeared? She is supposed to have had abdominal surgery. No mention of breast cancer. This rough paste-up is an insult to people's intelligence. It shames Great Britain to the world and looks as if it was deliberately made to look creepy by Stanley Kubrick in the Shining. Kate talks like the Grady twins. "Come and play with us, Danny.
