Thank you so much for this! My husband has suffered for years with Achilles tendonitis and we’ve tried everything! He’s excited to get out of his boot and reclaim his feet
Hey Boss! Does this apply if I have a very, very flat feet with pronation? P.S. I have one of your bars (the wooden one) and would love to follow-along on a workout I can do daily (similar to what they do @Human20) with it to start improving the feet. @TFC
Orthotics don't "prop up" your arches. Pressure from below doesn't do anything for the mechanics of your foot. Pressure from above the arch, when you put weight on the foot, makes your foot move as it should. Exercises specifically for dropped arches should be your first go-to 😊 Look at a newborn baby's foot -- they have no arches at all. Once they start walking, their arches develop. Find out what exercises you can do to develop your arches.
I wear orthotics at work today in my boots and Good shoes without when I go home go to the gym etc and on weekends I don't wear them just my good shoes will this be better for me in the Long term since I'm not fully dependent on em ?
Well thats the most stupid idea i have ever taken and now my arch fell and even insols not working no more. I need hyprocure surgey , thats whats my doctor said ,

“Orthotics created a problem which you now have to resolve”. Well no, my arches fell and the orthotics prop them up. How else will they stay up?
start with building the intrinsic muscles inside your foot and do the short foot exercise daily. Or just go see a PT

@@judylloyd7901 so then what happens to people who have flat feet. Did their arches just not develop correctly or what?
How long is this process to going where you don’t need to wear them ever again? Are we talking years? Months? Or on our own???
