- The Los Angeles Fire Department went to downtown Los Angeles Tuesday afternoon after a 52-year-old man fell four floors and onto an outdoor second-floor courtyard.
News guy: in very very bad shape

He wasn't on the gurney yet, he was still in the basket.

With the editing and zooming in and out, it appeared you're right.
However, upon a closer look, it showed the guy was still in the basket and they were about to transfer him to the waiting ambulance stretcher.

@@opossum4463 Well, heat rises from floor to floor, and......being six stories up, I imagine it was getting pretty hot in there. It is natural to seek relief any way you can, such as opening a window, even leaning out to catch a breeze, etc.. Being that high up, you might just catch one, especially with cross ventilation, another window open opposite one another.
No one should make assumptions and then proceeds to make three immediately after saying that.

Thats the Weingarten, it's a homeless residency building. Because it's a residence they can't be sued. As it's his home. You can't sue your landlord for your misuse of the property.
