South African airlines generally are better than US airlines in terms of the soft product, I’ve flown SAA to NY in the past and also flew united to Newark, I can’t tell you SAA wins hands down
@@fistosravenscroft6651 I have no experience of any US airlines as I myself am based in the UK. Neither do I have any experience of flying SAA, as this is my first flight on board a South African carrier. But I must say it was impressive, and I can imagine from what I’ve seen that they are more than capable of rivalling US or European Carriers.
