Awesome video Paul thanks sooo much🙏🙏🙏
Thanks for watching bro! 🙏🏼
The way you hit the dummy really shows a very devastating blow.. I'm a Filipino and I'm so glad enough that I've got lost in your channel.. continue promoting the origin, and spirit of our culture.. Maraming Salamat po.. Sir Paul Ingram
Remind me to never ever piss you off. I have a 5th degree black belt in Gandhi style kung-fu. ✌️❤️
Got elbowed in the chin and lost a tooth in Muay Thai tournament, quite fun lol
Paul with me not actually being in your place of practice ,how am I able to master the things u teach.
Yes, of course I follow what I see when you are on tv however, I feel that I am not retaining the most of what I really want to master.
I certainly enjoy what u teach but I want the most out of your teachings.
Thank You for your Patience and time.

Just take your time. Pick 1 or 2 things to work on. You don’t have to do everything all at once. Go slow, break things down and have fun. 👍🏼
My Goodness dude... what happened to Bob!?!?! He looks like he's suffering from sever sun burn!
He’s a real hardened warrior 👍🏼

Painting the dummy black for better performance 👀😑
Bob dummies suck for boxing, IMO. But are awesome for everything else - weapons, knees, elbows, kicks..
No one to hang with and want to watch something on Netflix? Bob always likes the shows you like.
I do like the reverse vertical but to the plexus and when your facing your opponent. It comes low so they don t see it coming, just pivoting 90° as if you were leaving, wen your shoulder passes his chin, pivot back and launch the elbow. It penetrates as if it was a blade, and it doesn t look that violent for bystanders, while the guy is probably gonna fall . Once, a guy puked on my sleeve consecutively to that strike
Exellent keep up 🎉🎉 I'm starting this 😊

Nice video but please clean that Bob!😂
It's seasoned! Like cast iron.
Great material, Paul. My first art, Isshin-ryu, has a ton of elbow strikes in the kata. It wasn't until I began cross training and leaving my former dojo that I gained an appreciation of other arts. I can assure you my first sensei would have disapproved of my training outside of the discipline. Unfortunately, he became a hypocrite later on as he embraced Brazilian jujitsu in the curriculum. That being said, I was gifted a copy of Chuck Galloway's "The Brutal Art of Elbow Boxing" for my birthday last year. Every strike you discussed in this lesson was mentioned in his book.
It’s always a good thing to explore outside the box. I think the whole “don’t train anywhere else” comes more from a teacher’s own insecurity than anything else. Funny how most of them end up breaking their own boundaries. Sounds like a great book! 👍🏼
@@kalicenter spot on. Not only breaking their own boundaries, as my first Isshin-Ryu instructor was hypocritical, but also breaking the bank. My second instructor was very condescending in his treatment of students, and eventually the dojo folded.
Ouch
Thanks Paul, Getting back at it again this is a great reminder, I can never figure out what we all have against Uncle Bob. Good for the collar Bone too.
Is Kali and pantukanan the same
Yes, Panantukan is a subsystem of Kali
@@kalicenter i see thx man
Always great updates!
Glad you like them! 👍🏼🙏🏼
I can't believe you missed covering the straight uppercut bow
It’s in the video. Showed when I talked about the vertical lines. 👍🏼
It is always easier to hit your own hand than a target, 😊
I have not experienced this. You may want to spend more time on coordination drills if this is happening to you.
