I agree I don’t want to dine with strangers. Thankfully on my Meraviglia sailing they only sat us with others during breakfast at dinner myself and my best friend dined alone each night.
I like to have dinner with family , friends, all by myself🤣

Great informative video as always. I do not like to dine with strangers. The only cruise line to accommodate that request is Disney. But Disney customer service is unmatched!
Totally true what you said about how MSC does meals in the main dining room. I am not a fan of it myself and definently noticed this on my recent "Bermuda" Cruise 11/13/23 - 11/19/23. Thank you for the tip about the Indian Lentil dish. IF I sail MSC again I will try it😊.

Facts! I don’t mind speaking to strangers but eating together is different.
Same on the dining thing, we go to the hibachi restaurant and if we sit on the long side we often don’t talk to the people next to us.

Great video! Every time I cruise, I get the Indian dishes. Seemed like the light house party was not bad. Not too sure how I feel about the main dining room serving protocols. 😕 Seemed like Andrew had a great time.
I’m going on MSC soon to “try them out.” It’s a short 2 day, no overnight at Ocean Cay but I’m looking forward to seeing how they cruise! Thank you for the insight.

I honestly prefer to dine alone especially if solo. Regarding MSC dining rotation if you were sat first then they should have started with your order being taken first. Honestly that's still a form of prejudice of a person race and one reason I will NEVER cruise with them. Ijs

Damn. The main dining room at msc is fucked up lol Royal does It way better. My wife and I didn’t spend more than an hr on any main dining room experience. Thanks for letting me know. I’ll skip the main dining room if I pick msc
