I heard most of the jobs created are US Government jobs who all get paid with US Taxpayer money.
When an immigrant enters the country illegally they are not counted as unemployed. Many find jobs eventually and are counted as a new job. The numbers are skewed.

My job Cut Hours before Thanksgiving. I'm now down to around 37. From about 47 per week. Just in time for Christmas. Higher Ups worrying about their Christmas Bonuses.

You didnt mention that most of these jobs are Temp, Part Time and Contract. Meaning that they last only a short time or arent even 40 hours a week. MOST people I know who are looking for a job, can only find the type I mentioned. SO they are forced to have 2 jobs to make 40 hours a week. My wife needs 3 jobs to make 45 hours a week.. My son has 2 jobs to make 40.. lucky for me i have 1.. but it is struggling to pay good wages.. in fact they are laying off people

I'm a truck driver and I haul milk locally, I prefer it because I've got kids. I'm home daily.
I'm still aware how bad otr trucking has been hurt. Low freight rates and very high operating costs. My job is steady so far but many drivers are hurting

It's misleading to treat government jobs the same as private sector jobs. The government has no money of its own, it does not create wealth. The money that the government spends comes from tax-payers. Government jobs are funded by tax-payers working in the private sector and the tax money used to pay for government jobs could have been used for other investments or just not collected and spent, which translates to tax-payers keeping more of their earnings.
There are certain types of govrrnment jobs that are necessary, such as paying for the military/defense, law enforcement and the court system, fire fighters and other first-responders, but the regulatory agencies are bloated. Some regulation is necessary, but our current trajectory of continuously adding more regulation is not sustainable. 🤔
When government hires most of the population will they say that they've solved unemployment issues. Nobody would vote against the hand that feeds them, maybe?

Another point of disagreement in terms of the health care industry job creation is the concurrent huge number of people leaving that field because of its tarnished practices stemming from government control empowering the NIA ( The National Imaging Association) which is violating HIPPA doctor patient privacy.) There are numerous other areas of government overreach as well. I'm sure the gradual takeover of this industry by the government against the people's best health interest and the health workers' too, is the number 1 factor resulting in more and more inexperienced, untrained, and misinformed job seekers hurriedly filling those vacated positions. Of course, this situation is further weakening the quality of health care services throughout the country, and furthering the massive employment turnover in that field. In fact, the most conscientious, well trained doctors and nurses are being replaced by incompetent untrained and unskilled workers because of government corruption.
People left the healthcare field because of retirement age, rednecks not getting vaccines, causing burn out, and low medical sciences school enrollment numbers. I’ve been in medicine for over 45 years. Non of your maga and Kennedy conspiracy crap is true.

You realized that there’s the global pandemic which caused the Covid lockdowns. Unemployment surged because many left work especially in March 2020 and April 2020. Then the unemployment has been going down by percent since May 2020. Due to many coming back to work as time went on especially after the lockdowns.
