Zach, funny because I've been making exactly those moves as my pre swing waggle: a mini swing from the ground up to my upper arms which are connected to my chest. To really exaggerate the weight shift, I pump my thighs forward and backwards (perpendicular to the target line). This helps me prepare for the violent weight shift in the actual swing.
Zach, I am a member of The Ball striking Blueprint and I have a question. Is there a device that measures right and left hand pressure on the grip throughout the swing. (When does the right hand apply pressure to the grip?) Pressure pads for the feet are common but I have not seen anything for the hands. Thanks
