Excellent point! We are already condemned proves that works cannot save. Praise God for sending His only begotten Son to pay for all of mine and the sins of the whole world if we would only but believe on the Lord Jesus Christ for our salvation! I can't stand the thought of the Great White Throne Judgement. I am so grateful I am not going there. John 14:6 - 'Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.'
The Bible is clear that salvation is by faith alone in Jesus Christ!
Genesis 15:6: “And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.”
Habakkuk 2:4: “Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.”
Mark 1:15: “And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
Mark 16:16: “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”

Pastors notes
1. The Lord Jesus Christ will rule the entire planet in righteousness without interference from Satan for 1000 years. Revelation 20:4.
2. The Lord Jesus Christ will rule with a rod of iron and execute swift and effective justice.
3. The Lord Jesus Christ will transform the world into a place of indescribable beauty.
Revelation 20:7-9; Jeremiah 17:9; Revelation 20:10.
4. The Great White Throne Judgment. Revelation 20:11-13.
a. Every lost person of all time will stand at the Great White Throne.
b. Notice there are the books and the book.
c. The lost will be judged according to their works. Matthew 7:21-23; Ephesians 2:8-9.
d. There will be many religious people at the Great White Throne. John 3:16-18; Revelation 20:14-15.
e. Scripture bears out that there will be degrees of punishment in Hell. Matthew 23:13-14.
5. There are 2 final judgments.
a. For the lost, the Great White Throne Judgment. This determines the degree of punishment they will deal with forever in Hell.
b. For the believer, the judgement seat of Christ, which takes place in heaven, has to do with rewards for faithful living.
2 Peter 3:9; Romans 6:23.
Won't saved people from the millennium be at the GWTJ?
The Great White Thrown Judgement is for lost people only.
@@jjsmoley Then where are people judged who survive the tribulation and enter the 1000 year reign? Along with their descendants.
@@steveellis7174 Not sure about that. I'm thinking maybe God didn't tell us those details.
@@steveellis7174 The sheep and goat judgement at the second coming determines who goes into the millennium because they are saved and who goes to hell because they are not. Unbelievers will be in hell until the Great White Throne, after the millennium, when they are brought to the final judgement and throne into the lake of fire. Hell and the lake of fire are not the same place.
Question : The Bible says the HS comes to convict the world of sin... “ of sin, that they have not believed in His name “ So boiled down, He convicts the world of UNBELIEF. Why only unbelief ? Because in 2 Cor 5:19 it says Christ already paid for the worlds sin problem.
My question is, if Christ already took care of the worlds sin problem, why are unbelievers still giving an account for them ? Isn’t that like double jeopardy ?
Yes it's true that Christ's death on the cross has sufficiently paid for all the sins of the world, past, present, and future. However, the payment isn't applied to the induvial sins of a person until they accept it. The way that you accept this payment is by trusting that Christ did indeed die for your sins. Therefore, when an unbeliever stand's before God at the Great White Throne Judgment, God still see's that persons sins and must judge that person for those sins. Whereas, for believers, God sees the payment Christ made and therefore sees no sin and therefore there is no judgement to be made.

Robert Lassche. Christ’s death on the cross absolutely took care of the world’s sin problem but the multitude will not accept His death as payment for their sin, which means they will not receive the Holy Spirit that ENPOWERS them to resist the temptation to sin.The problem is not that Christ did not do what He said He did; the problem is in man when he refuses to appropriate what Jesus Christ did when He died on the Cross by accepting Him as Savior and thereby receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit that gives the wisdom and power to DO WHAT IS RIGHT. Man wants to do “what is right in his own eyes”!
