that’s how i remember it used to be with all boots like 10-15 years ago. the elite models of every line were like 5% better than the pros, and they were for those that were either playing at that level where yeah that 5% is really integral, or you had the money where the higher price tag wasn’t an issue, ya love to see it :D
you're thinking of nike elite models or adidas/ puma SL models. They had their flagship line such as the vapor, legend etc but would have an elite model which was 50% to double the price of the top end model. This is different as its the first takedown so an upper midrange model and they were usually bad until mid 2010s
It’s crazy because a few years ago brands where sure to include something to easily distinguish top models fr takedowns. Dynamic fit collar was the peak of that. Now the takedowns look so similar even w the same f50 branding
I remember getting the take down of one of the last “original” f50s and they felt so premium and almost better than the top end model back then! I miss those boots they were the white base/light blue/pink ones 😭😭😭
Wow. This review came out of nowhere. I almost never consider take models. Usually they suck, but also you always have it in the back of your mind that it is a takedown and not the top end. But in this instance I'm actually considering it. Hope they make an AG version
MASHALLAH I bought a pair of pro’s in store because the elites were all sold out. All I could see as a difference was that there was more textile on the elite. The aerocage being in the pro definitely makes it feel just like the elite. Pro still had a very nice thin, pingy sensations when in contact with the ball. Good, comfortable materials were used. ADIDAS HAVE MADE A GOOD TAKEDOWN MODEL, THE END IS NIGH
I bought the Pro version with MG sole, I was disappointed by the weight of the shoe which is 260 g (size 44 EU), Maybe it's the sole's fault? I also add that I got huge blisters behind my ankle... maybe the FG version is different? How can I solve the blister problem?
I think I know the reason for elite blending with pro for a while. They want to copy Nike with turf boots, where they have PRO as the highest tier for turf/indoor boots. But they had elite uppers untill now. Look at highest tier predator turfs - they are a hybrid of Elites and Pros. But new highest tier turf F50s are Pro and from photos they look also like a hybrid upper (outsole is the same as last generation X). So to recap - Nike doesn't have elite turf/indoor boots and Adidas wants to copy that (with predators it would mean no rubber elements, probably), but they can't do it in one go, so they are gradualy making best turfs a take down model.
The Ultras have more aggressive traction, while the F50s will be a little lighter. Beyond that, it’s hard to say that one will outperform the other given how similar they are when it comes to how they feel on the ball
I’m so confused what size to get my next pair bc I have phantom GX 1 , mercurials and phantom GX 2 all in size 11.5. For some reason the GX 2 fit me bigger than the rest which has me so confused
I personally prefer the more pliable feel of the upper on these compared to the stiffer, more plasticy upper of the Crazyfast.1. Hard to say that they're better though. Just a different feel, so it depends on what you like.
Any boots will stretch a little width and volume as you wear them in, not in length though. In general though, synthetics like that don’t really stretch a lot
how similar are these to the vapor 10 when it comes to the feel/touch and the material? would love to know bc i had the pros and they were my absolute favs
GX 2 Pro is nothing special compared to the other 2. As far as picking between them though, it would all depend on what type of fit and feel that you’re looking for. Both great, but quite a bit different
hi, Josh i have a nike tiempo legend 10 elite right + they are black now which i bought for sale (220 CAD) my feet sweat so much in them i have sometimes even 2 practices per day i try to dry them out but still wet. so i have many to buy new cleats like up to 200 cad dollars i need a pair of thin cleats per summer which pair will be good for me ? adidas f50 pro nike phantom gx2 pro? i need a cleats which will be really thin so then my feet won’t sweat a lot
I don’t think there’s a single pair where your feet aren’t going to sweat and/or will dry out that quickly if you’re training twice a day. Both boots you mentioned are great options overall though, just quite a bit different in regards to fit and feel.
Why every pair of cleats from adidas or nike has to include a ton of white color on it is very annoying to me, give me something I don’t have to clean after every use
Just tried on the League model in stores. And it was the best fitting boot out of the box in the store out of all the top brands take downs. Under armor and New Balance V7+ were really comfortable also.
Both are excellent, it just depends on what type of fit and feel that you're looking for. If you prefer a softer, slightly more padded feel to the upper, definitely the Tiempo. If you'd rather something thinner with no padding, the F50 is the way to go.
Josh praising an Adidas takedown feels like a sign of the apocalypse 😂
dayumm 😂
“Someone actually tried these on before putting them in production ” lmao
and the little laugh after that line 🤣
@@jonasdbtr idk if u got narrow tiny baby feet, i just tried thes eon 30 mins ago and it was like wearing a stiletto 🤣
this is how every takedown model should be
that’s how i remember it used to be with all boots like 10-15 years ago.

Adidas finally decided to take Jabroni’s advice to improve the heel!!!🤣🤣🤣
It’s crazy because a few years ago brands where sure to include something to easily distinguish top models fr takedowns. Dynamic fit collar was the peak of that. Now the takedowns look so similar even w the same f50 branding
Can you make an AG boot video please?
F30
Exactlyyyy
I really enjoyed the Speedflow.2’s …. Glad to see the take downs in the speed category getting some love like this again from Adi
10:40 love that part, liked the vid
Can you make a turf shoes video. Thanks
New drinking game; drink every time Jordi says “realistically.”
Best takedown of the year.
Does it beat the mercurial vapor 12 pro😎
I remember getting the take down of one of the last “original” f50s and they felt so premium and almost better than the top end model back then! I miss those boots they were the white base/light blue/pink ones 😭😭😭

I had the F30’s growing up and I loved them! Might have to pick these up 👀😂
I used the league women’s version and it is so good. Very comfortable and no heel problems. Adidas have really stepped it up this year
MASHALLAH I bought a pair of pro’s in store because the elites were all sold out. All I could see as a difference was that there was more textile on the elite. Got these boots for the start of the new season, love them already. They're light and comfortable
is it too thin?
Would be interesting to know your thoughts on the F50 Pro Multi-Ground boots, too
Always love to see a takedown being on the same level as the elite model. Hopefully there’s an AG version of these in the works!
A good adidas speed boot takedown, after the League versions of the Predators were already okay in Josh's view, I never thought I'd see the day
The next gen copa takedowns better go crazy.
Definitely was not expecting this. Will definitely check the pros out as well.
Just picked up a pair of the pros. Definitely recommend
Just got these for 60 bucks! Can’t wait to give them a try
you could make the comparison between these and the mizuno alpha pros 🤔
I think they are shorter true to size compared to crazyfast ?? Do you think that too
great review joshyyyyyyy
I bought the Pro version with MG sole, I was disappointed by the weight of the shoe which is 260 g (size 44 EU), Maybe it's the sole's fault? I also add that I got huge blisters behind my ankle... maybe the FG version is different? How can I solve the blister problem?
That's weird
Should i buy these or the crazyfast .1
Is the mg pro version great?
are you going to try all the f50 league models
Yes, reviews coming soon! Stay tuned 👍
You think i should buy these pros instead of a discounted copa 2 elite +?
I had the F50 Tunit was dated back when Arjen Robben played for Chelsea.
are these better than the speedflows i used to have them but they weren’t very comfy
Would you recommend the Adidas f50 league as a budget option?
when are they being released
In your opinion, are these better than the takedown Nike Tiempo 10 Pro? 🙏
Yessss I’m waiting for a comparison.

what do u think is better for perfomance? the adidas F50 Pro or the Puma Ultra 5 Pro?
The Ultras have more aggressive traction, while the F50s will be a little lighter. Beyond that, it’s hard to say that one will outperform the other given how similar they are when it comes to how they feel on the ball
picking between these adidas F50 Pro and the New Balance Tekela V4 Pro Low FG is so hard not tryed them tho
This is making me actually consider the Pro version... now where to find them in the UK...
I’m so confused what size to get my next pair bc I have phantom GX 1 , mercurials and phantom GX 2 all in size 11.5. For some reason the GX 2 fit me bigger than the rest which has me so confused
Can someone explain to me why f50 fit me nicely now then crsxyfast? Is the fit not the same?
Who are you and what have you done to Josh??? He’d never praise an adidas take down boot.
Why didn’t adidas sell in the us the turf version
would you say these are better than the crazyfast.1?
I personally prefer the more pliable feel of the upper on these compared to the stiffer, more plasticy upper of the Crazyfast.1. Hard to say that they're better though. Just a different feel, so it depends on what you like.
they r nice but i have a lot of dead space by my ankles and it looks bad. my feet aren’t that wide at all
i have f50 league 43 1/3 size and i normally wear 43 1/3 size but its too tight. Do you think it will strecth through time?
Any boots will stretch a little width and volume as you wear them in, not in length though. In general though, synthetics like that don’t really stretch a lot
how similar are these to the vapor 10 when it comes to the feel/touch and the material? would love to know bc i had the pros and they were my absolute favs
They’re similar in terms of being thin, tight fitting boots, but not really similar in terms of having the same feel and experience.
Hoping they bring back the purple and orange colorway
Please review the ASICS DS X fly 5 and X pro 2
how would you compare the nike phanotm gx 2 pro ag vs the Adidas F50 Pro vs the nike legend 10 pro ?
GX 2 Pro is nothing special compared to the other 2. As far as picking between them though, it would all depend on what type of fit and feel that you’re looking for. Both great, but quite a bit different

good review!😮
f45…?
Can i put your channel to our football jersey as sponsor?
F50 pro or Nike mercurial vapor pro?
which one then
Why every pair of cleats from adidas or nike has to include a ton of white color on it is very annoying to me, give me something I don’t have to clean after every use
These or Mizuno Alpha Elite?
I’d say mizuno, quality is unmatched
Only if they made the ag on pro
It feels wrong to call it the F50 Pro instead of F30
How about the league model? How much the weight?
Video coming very soon! Stay tuned 👍
Cant wait for future colorways because i just know they can break the football market with amazing colors
Do you know of any potential color ways?
Does anybody know if they're gonna make a TF version?
There's a TF version for the Pro model but not for the Elite
I wish they didn’t put the f50 letter.
glad I got the pro’s
if u had to choose between f50 pro and mizuno alpha elite what did u pick
If you have a wide foot go for mizuno alpha. On the other hand f50 pro
Finally 🎉🎉well done Adidas 👏🏼
a takedown f50 model being good ??!?
in all fairness the 2015 f30 was decent so the last 2 consecutive f50 takedowns have been good
Just tried on the League model in stores. And it was the best fitting boot out of the box in the store out of all the top brands take downs. Under armor and New Balance V7+ were really comfortable also.
Review to puma ultra 5 pro
Amazing channel 🎉
someone tell me why they stained my nike socks blue
No f30 🥺
Adidas F30 in my eyes 😪
Not gonna lie even the league models look good
Like Nike Tiempos
Exactly what I thought when I saw em on the website😂
Looks can be deceiving though! Pred 24 Pro also looks great, but it’s far from it
Well I know my next boots are
Definitely should be f30. I’m watching this after I already ordered the AG🤦🏼♂️
Same here! It's taking ages to be delivered. I might have to send it back though after watching this
I don’t know why but I remembered my adidas crazy lights does where my favorite.
These or tiempos
Both are excellent, it just depends on what type of fit and feel that you're looking for. If you prefer a softer, slightly more padded feel to the upper, definitely the Tiempo. If you'd rather something thinner with no padding, the F50 is the way to go.
Looks like og F50. Also kinda like the tiempo legend 10 elite/pro
That not tongue anymore. Is a bandage😂
much rather spend my money on an outdated elite version of a boot instead of a take down
Very very true
Now everybody be selling these as f50s 😂
Finally
Am I the only one who has heel pain?
Brazil🇧🇷
❤🔥⚽️😊🙏🇳🇵
I can't even see the difference through the screen
