    I dont know where you work but l dont think l have ever seen a professional do the job like you are with all the right tools and skill. Its nice to know that kind of job can be
    done without a lot of pain and consternation. I think the hardest
    thing to do is disasembleing the job.
    It looks like putting it together might be a little ezer. I'd love to have a shop with all the GREAT tools. Happy wrenching!!!!

    The spring pack... is that how one could upgrade the front axle rating? Say, from 12k to 14k, 18k, etc.

    Interesting king pin setup. Better or worse than a standard pin with a couple cross pins for locking?

    You need a consistent 120+ PSI air pressure to complete the project correctly. Good luck.

    Condiciones normales de trabajo, herramientas adecuadas. Lo único que pienso, no sería mas económico desenroscar 8 tuercas que gastar tanto acetileno en cortar e inutilizar 4 bridas de ballesta?

    Why do you spin the bolt and nut with the impact before throwing the wrench on? Still new to it all

      I think he's making sure the bolt isn't rusted tight in its hole. Spinning it before using the wrench makes it easier to get the bolt out once the nut is off.

    Nothing different from an older vehicle to this.. My 90 grand wagoneer.. same thing.. just smaller parts.. funny how things are. Youire lucky you have a garage and all those tools.. iamgine doing this by hand... in a parking lot with just some power cutting tools LOL..

    For using pressure gun to be more efficient, how much minimum pressure should be maintained at a compressor..lot of mechanics worry ...takes more time also

      Thanks for watching!! Minimum pressure should be around 120 psi. Always go back over and torque nuts/bolts to proper specs.

      Así es mi amigo en Costa Rica ese trabajo lo hacemos y limpiamos y lavamos todos los componentes cuando armamos de nuevo todo va limpio y lavado aunque sea las mismas partes que se desarmaron y como dice usted para cambiar las hojas de resorte desarmaron casi medio camión y hasta máquina de acetileno yo trabajé joven en mecánica pesada y esos trabajos los hacíamos todos los días el señor trabaja bien pero desarma demasiado

    Trucks r always abused by owners n drivers, overloading. So in years to come, leaf springs just break off easily. Some countries owners don't replace the whole new set but instead they replace the broken piece s then add 1~2 more new piece s together !?
    Drivers should work n drive safely.
