We are back on the Fast and the Furious timeline and this time we have the 3rd film! Our favorite! Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift. Sean Boswell (Lucas Black) always feels like an outsider, but he defines himself through his victories as a street racer. His hobby makes him unpopular with the authorities, so he goes to live with his father in Japan. Once there and even more alienated, he learns about an exciting, but dangerous, new style of the sport. The stakes are high when Sean takes on the local champion and falls for the man's girlfriend. We loved the pace the environment the actors and me especially I LOVE the mustang used at the end of the film representing American Muscle!

Fun fact most people don’t realize is Hans character is actually from a different film the director had. He loved the character so much I guess he wanted to put him in this movie. The movies called better luck tomorrow it’s a pretty average movie but you get a look at the Han character in highschool def interesting
Another cool thing is the mustang represents Sean American on the outside with a Japanese motor in the inside

This is my favorite fast and a furious movie. And in my opinion the last good one in general. Because the movies after tokyo Drift just gets ridiculous.
Regarding the vin diesel cameo in the end, technically this whole movie is set after the events of Fast and Furious 6. So chronologically, the timeline would go something like Fast and Furious 1, 2 fast 2 furious, Fast and Furious 3, 4, 5, 6, Tokyo Drift and then 7,8,9. This ones definitely a classic tho and made me fall in love with the franchise.
yeah ur mostly right but its The Fast and The Furious, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Los bandeleros which is a short film that leads into Fast and Furious which is the 4th one, Fast Five, Fast and Furious 6, Tokyo Drift, Fast and Furious 7, Fate of the Furious, Hobbs and Shaw which is a spinoff, Fast and Furious 9
This is my favorite fast and the furious movie other than the first one
I just watched this movie today for The First Time I see why a lot consider this as their favorite because it is more focused on The Racing but I also really enjoy the characters in this one I also thought it was interesting to see different characters and none from the 2 two so I had pretty good time with this one

You remember the guy at pier fishing when he asked "YOU CALLED THAT DRIFTING " he was the very first person who invented DRIFTING don't remember his name though...he was professional race car driver, while racing against his opponents he use to Drift around the corner

This movie is why Han became one of the most loved characters in the Fast Universe.
This One actually takes place after Fast and Furious 6. So it Goes 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 3, 7, 8, 9, and now 10.
Lucas Black is not just my favorite actor he is actually Family
Vin diesel is in this movie but you don't see him until the end of the movie

That Nissan Silvia S15 Spec-S aka Han's Mona Losa Black destroyed and then stripped for parts it's just so heartbreaking to watch. As someone who has plans to buy and import one in the next few years when they become legal in the United States, I'm heartbroken at what they did to it.
Fun Fact some of the police in Japan use Nissan Skylines as well as other top-quality Cars made in Japan that people use to race and drift with aka Tuners.
I remember playing Midnight Club 3 and finding it a little weird that Tokyo police would drive Nissan Skylines as their squad cars and thought it was Rockstar cutting corners, until I looked up the real cars myself.

I mean its a trilogy imo, circus show after, but im at the point im goin to watch where i left off at 6 i think. After watching 10 trailer i gotta see how it got there.
Lol just dont go into it expecting any sort of realism or logic and its actually kind of fun to watch em once. 7 was actually pretty awesome actually. Other than that, the rewatchability isnt too good tho.

Honestly, Fast and Furious 4 is a good open ended ending to the franchise.
