Greyback was my favorite villainous character in the series. I found him MUCH scarier and more interesting than the other villains. I was so pissed that they toned down his role in the movies so much, ESPECIALLY giving all his lines when Harry and co. are captured in 'Deathly Hallows 1' to Scabior. I mean, Greyback was someone whose bloodlust and savagery was well- known, so having him in the book practically drooling over Hermione made for a terrifying scene. So, having the much less interesting villain Scabior be the one to do all that in the movie greatly lessened the intensity of that scene. At the midnight premiere of 'Deathly Hallows 2,' I came across an awesome- looking Greyback cosplayer and fist- bumped him!
Fenrir is like Freddy Krueger in that he killed children and tortured them even when he wasn’t supernatural. Also both were also hinted to be paedophilic. But he is somewhat better because he is atleast not annoyingly campy unlike Freddy.
Ozymandias if you don’t already know, there was supposed to be a vampire teacher at hogwarts before JK made snape. he was called trocar and he would be like snape (“against” Harry) but she took him out and only briefly mentioned vampires in the books because she decided the vampire story is well developed and she couldn’t add any of her own personal touches
I prefer how the films had him likely killed by hermione when catching him eating Lavnider brown. He was a sick twisted monster that deserved this fate and there is something poetic that in inspite of how much Ron and Lavinders relationship hurt hermione deeply in 6th year, it would be her to avenger her death and look appon the sight of greyback canibilising her in shock, disgust and utter horror.
My thoughts: "only umbridge is more despicable than voldy" then after watching this: "holy crap, voldy actually seems like a good guy compared to this monster"
Can you do a video on 2 things from the first book that I just noticed after rereading it recently: 1. If you reread the sorting hat part the hat says Harry is brave, has a good mind, has some talent, and want's to prove himself. Is it possible he met the requirements for all the houses? Maybe a video on the history of the hat? 2. In the forest with Hagrid the Centaurs said the Red planet is brighter than normal and later on we find out that they see Snake Face (Sorry I'm pulling a Hagrid and can't spell his name) returning and killing Harry. In the end, they were right all along. So maybe a video on Centaurs and especially how the clan in the Dark forest got there? Any input on this would be appreciated.
Greyback's character is the only book character in Harry Potter to scare me, probably because of his looks and actions. I wouldn't even be scared of Voldemort. When I found out that he went after young children, I had a dream that Greyback was real and that he attacked my little brother and sister while we were sleeping. In my dream, I woke up to horrible screams my siblings make when they don't get their way. This horribly scared me and I woke up in real life in a small puddle of sweat, luckily I held back my tears of fear, since I didn't want to wake up my family. I probably got inspired by how Lupin became a werewolf.
Just a thought, what if an animagus, such as Sirius Black, was bitten by a werewolf? Would his own shape-shifting ability enable him to control his lycanthropy?
Excellent video as always Morgan. I've a question and a request :- Q. Is that Hogwarts Mystery scene Canon? And if possible please do the life of Pomona Sprout and Filius Flitwick. They are some of my favorite underrated characters. And also since yesterday was Flitwick's birthday. And Prof Sprout was kind of fairy godmother to Neville
Hogwarts Mystery and Hogwarts Legacy are debated whether to be canon or not. Despite not being canon, it is canon to the players. The stories of Hogwarts Mystery and Hogwarts Legacy are now part of the canon timeline as shown in Wikia even though they weren't written by Rowling herself (better than Cursed Child). Both Hogwarts Mystery and Hogwarts Legacy writers are actually very faithful to Rowling's stories that in Hogwarts Mystery, they kept the personalities of the older Weasley boys (Bill, Charlies, Percy, Fred, and George) right alongside Nymphadora Tonks as well as other characters.
@@ryankwon8785 I forgot I ever asked this weird question. My girlfriend and I went to see the play. We hadn't read the scripts by then . And oh boy the play was the equivalent of of GOT final season where everything was good except the bloody story.
Excellent! So did Greyback kill Lavender? I wish JK would write a series about when the order of the Phoenix was formed and the parents of Ron, Harry and Malfoy were young!
There were vampires in th HP series, like the forest full of them that Quirell went that made him studder every so often that was mentioned in the first book
I love lycanthropy, I’ve always found it extremely interesting. I love how in D&D there is a kind of lycanthropy for other animals as well. Rats, birds, lizards, Bears etc. I’d love for there to be some more in future stories

At the midnight premiere of 'Deathly Hallows 2,' I came across an awesome- looking Greyback cosplayer and fist- bumped him!
LOL! NICE!
Also JEALOUS!
Fenrir is like Freddy Krueger in that he killed children and tortured them even when he wasn’t supernatural. Also both were also hinted to be paedophilic. But he is somewhat better because he is atleast not annoyingly campy unlike Freddy.
In the book, so many side character have their moment to shine, but in the movie they just fulfill the requirements
Hey Morgan, you speak well on screen. I must agree with you that practice makes perfect! It really made the perfect videos you have!
You are by far the best Harry Potter analyst on youtube. Great job.
To be real I was so scared of this character when I was a kid but he still gives me Goosebumps
now do Vampires in the world of Harry Potter
Yes
Well we do know one vampire in Hogwarts Edward Cullen
Ozymandias if you don’t already know, there was supposed to be a vampire teacher at hogwarts before JK made snape. he was called trocar and he would be like snape (“against” Harry) but she took him out and only briefly mentioned vampires in the books because she decided the vampire story is well developed and she couldn’t add any of her own personal touches
Please*
Rufes Scifinger
I prefer how the films had him likely killed by hermione when catching him eating Lavnider brown. He was a sick twisted monster that deserved this fate and there is something poetic that in inspite of how much Ron and Lavinders relationship hurt hermione deeply in 6th year, it would be her to avenger her death and look appon the sight of greyback canibilising her in shock, disgust and utter horror.
1:40 there you go you dont have to wait now :)
Thanks
Wow, watching these types of videos really is showing me how dark the Harry Potter series is
Somehow I saw Voldemort a protagonist in this story...
My thoughts: "only umbridge is more despicable than voldy"
then after watching this: "holy crap, voldy actually seems like a good guy compared to this monster"
@@tanyaflanagan8111 umbridge is still worse tho
How sad to get bitten by one and remain like this all your life.
Nicholas Cottrell ummm r u alright? I reckon quarantine is getting to u..
Nicholas Cottrell. I’m black.
Nicholas Cottrell I’m Hungary
WHY DID SNAPE LEAVE HIS POTIONS BOOK. DO A VIDEO ON THIS
What
Can you do a video on 2 things from the first book that I just noticed after rereading it recently:
Greybacks scene in Deathly Hollows where he’s eating Lavender Brown will always be one of the most disturbing scenes in HP movies for me.
Not even Fudge is so incompetent as to not recognize Movie Greyback as a werewolf
Please do the life of Nagini next 🙏🙏🙏
Sounds good 👍🏻
Just a thought, what if an animagus, such as Sirius Black, was bitten by a werewolf? Would his own shape-shifting ability enable him to control his lycanthropy?
It probably wouldn't matter much.
This guy makes dementors and basilisks look like tame house pets… he’s fucking terrifying
Does anyone else think that he just has a perfect voice for this type of video
Excellent video as always Morgan. I've a question and a request :-
Still Gives Me The Shivers.
Would be interesting to know hufflepuffs head of house life story.
@Super Greyflash yeah
I really hope your channel becomes real big. Thanks so much. (Also, love the "MUGGLE".)
YOU DO ALWAYS HAVE AMAZING QUALITY, I LOVE YOU AND HARRY POTTER
R.I.P. The actor who played this character died ❤️🙏🏻
The werewolf form looks like a shaved dog
wolf werewolf dog
Excellent! So did Greyback kill Lavender? I wish JK would write a series about when the order of the Phoenix was formed and the parents of Ron, Harry and Malfoy were young!
Omg I could listen to you for hours and hours because u are the best Narouator
Wow I love your Detailed videos
I hope Fenir's origins are explained in Fantastic Beasts
How can people say Harry Potter is a childrens book when there’s literally a child eating werewolf?!
1 question,
Who was the werewolf that bit Greyback?
Always wondered that.
I hope you never stop making videos! you are awesome at this!!!
Idk why but I love ur voice. It’s just so calming
Why we didn't get a story about the whole life of a werewolfs in Harry potter? Why are there are no vampires in Harry Potter?
There was a vampire in the half blood prince. He was at Slughorn's Party.
There were vampires in th HP series, like the forest full of them that Quirell went that made him studder every so often that was mentioned in the first book
I read someone not sure if it was true or not that Rowling thought about making one of the Hogwarts teachers a Vampire
They didn’t add because it would be clichè
Cedric Diggory?
Morgan: “Voldemort isn’t stupid thought”
Me: Really?
Sorry if I spelled your name wrong...
Fenrir gets barely any screen time and he’s legit way more terrifying than Voldemort.
Dude hats off to this video.... Being a Harry Potter fan I can see ur efforts ❤️
I love lycanthropy, I’ve always found it extremely interesting. I love how in D&D there is a kind of lycanthropy for other animals as well. Rats, birds, lizards, Bears etc. I’d love for there to be some more in future stories
Then you should watch the grim
