I like the bus stop even if it feels a bit buzy. The huts has too much noninteresting stuff on left side in my opinion too. Especially when the right side has a lot of stuff it seems too empty. I'm not sure if 6x9 crop would be that much better unless something else changes.
I enjoyed the video and like the photos. Not sure how you will fit all your project buildings on this format but hope you do! Good that you give the subjects (apart from the pier) plenty of space, it shows a sense of place and not some random, cropped in building, which could be anywhere.

Yes overall I was in two minds whether to put this out but I think it’s good to put them out even if things aren’t perfect
