I can't imagine the patience to do all those! I love seeing artists show their work! I've always wanted to get into these but the first one I got was a big one of the starry night but it felt so big and intimidating to start with. Any recommendations or tips for beginners? Definitely subbing. 💜
Honestly I'd go with a cheap 30x40 for amazon, or get one from temu with some other stuff (need $20? to check out on temu maybe get a). I'd section it off in 6 parts? you could go up to 12 parts if you like. Then sit down with a audio book, music or a show you don't always have to have your eyes on. Pick the color you see most and go for it. Once you get going you may not want to stop lol. I didn't get it before I started and still don't get it now but it is addicting for some reason. I really wouldn't start with a big canvas. If you go the Temu route I would personally say get a cheap pen like DN05109 or DF06621. I'd also get a tray like UL08289. BA05663 is a really nice tiger painting for under $2. So you'd have $2 for the painting, $2 for the tray and $5 for the pen. I'd think that would be a really good starting set up. No you don't need to get anything with the painting but I personally hate the starting kits and $10 to start something off right give it the best changes you will like it that's what I would do. $10-20 isn't a lot to put into trying something. You know because you asked I'm going to go film a video on this for you any anyone interested.
Where do you keep the diamonds for them and how do you know which diamonds go with which painting? I’m curious. Unless all the ones in the books are already completed
I had a video where I showed that don't know which off the top of my head but there in drawers and then logged on the pc with what drawer and what row there in. I also have some like that but sorted a little more by letter
And my finished diamond paintings are in one of those packages that you store blankets in. I'm not sure what it's called but it's literally where I stash my canvases. For the diamond art that aren't canvases, they're put in Ziploc baggies, going with my canvases. I have such good organizing skills. 😆
At 13:05, painting WNZY83172 (the left) I have that same one (purchased from temu), and it has SOOOO much better quality at the same size! I almost didn't recognize it. You got did dirty on that image. 😅
Welcome to the club everyone I have meet here is really nice so its a good place to be though your wallet may disagree lol.
