    I like that - “It’s a little slow today”. More fish than I’ve ever caught. Thanks for the info Nick. Can’t wait to see what Gatewood posts.

      George S hey George! Yeah watching this video back really shows how many fish nick caught. I knew he had a good day but man, he was rippin lips! Haha can’t say the same for myself but I’ve got a sweet edit coming your way.

    Hey Nick, Enjoy your vids. Glad I ran onto you. The waters over here in Naples Florida aren't blue either. We're over here on the Gulf side. Hoping for som relief from the red tide which has destroyed fishing in this area. We've got low to moderate levels right now.

    Found this channel a few weeks ago, all the action you get on a kayak is crazy impressive. I been fishing off a jet ski for about 6 years now. I started fishing SLP, Cold Pass, and Christmas Bay area. I thought with a ski I could get to places boats can’t and get there faster than a kayak. Both were kinda true but what I didn’t take into account was shallow shell. Shell destroys skis. So since I didn’t know the marshes that well I had to abandon shallow back marshes and stick to the deeper waters of Galveston bay. Still fun but no longer in the protected waters that made sitting on a ski enjoyable. Now I’m stepping up to a full size boat. I’ll be out at the north jetty and occasionally out at the near rigs. I saw your clear water at the north jetty and that convinced me to the the terra nova. Trolling at the low speeds for Spanish mackerel is going to be fun.
    I figured I’d comment since you mentioned we don’t comment enough.

    Na, I checked out the website it's more expensive. Given that they DO sell reels you can't get over here. And some reels dont even look the same as models sold here. For example I wanted to buy a diawa ballistic. But the ballistic model on their website is completely different. Theres actually looks better. I think the Japanese do make the best reels. I would probably still order from the website. I was just hoping for a deal.

    Hey how’s it going hey I’m in the market of trying to select a good bait caster reel and a pole I fish the Baffin
    Bay Area I enjoy watching your videos and enjoyed when you visited South Texas can you suggest or recommend a fishing Pole.. should I select a medium light or a medium heavy pole..

    • @RXAngler
      @RXAngler  4 года назад +1

      For inshore fishing I recommend a medium light or a light action (for more fun) from Old 18. For baitcast reel, take a look at the JDM Shimano SLX DC from Digitaka.
