Method 2 worked like a CHARM. I followed each of the instructions and afterwards, my PS5 had me update the usb link adapter and BAM, my headphones finally connecting after months of being a pain to fix. I will say, I’m not sure if everyone’s console will ask to update the links adapter but nonetheless, I am grateful to finally have my headset back and running!

@@StraightTTPbro it happens to me the same as the guy who commented, it randomly disconnects, the fix to this is to connect the PS Link drive in front of the PS5 and not on the back ?? Because I always have put it on the back😢😢and I didn't know it affected the Pulse Elite's Connection😅😅😅

Hi, you can't connect the headset via Bluetooth to PS5, BT is for other devices like your phone, you need to use the USB Dongle and it connects automatically if you follow this video, without any settings. then it will show up on your Audio section at home with EQ settings.
Yeah, the newer the game, the less the thing seems to want to work. Take it and headbutt the fkn thing in half & throw it in the shit can. Not worth the hassle. They dropped the ball on the "ultimate" headset.

Sony should fix this. note: with the new headset i did not connnect to any bluetooth so it's working flawlessly.

Its like some Astromancer Clockmaker Twister with timers to make them work again. Is there even a Manual? Regardless these Headsets are F plus for Ps5 because they disconnect all the time, and the frame breaks pretty easily. I only use them for Pc now with Silver Tape.
Mine connects to my 2 daughters' laptops but not my ps4 or my ps5. When I first got it, it did work but kept getting disconnected after some point. Now, it won't connect at all.

Mine are constantly turned off randomly every time during game sessions. You have to get up from the couch and rearrange the dongle.
Hi, I never had this issue and I use it a lot, did you connect it to the front port? I don't suggest back ports as that part is too hot!

the back port is near the fan and it gets hot, it used to cause issues with Pulse 3D too!
