freshers are struggling to get jobs and on top of that these companies still provide bare minimum 3.25 to 5 LPA, we engineering grads are the worst exploited.

Bhai yahan ke yhai sab natak hai try to prepare for post graduate exam with 200% hardwork and dedication, crack it tabhi ek achi company aur package milega. Otherwise inn companies me kebal struggle hai no learning (bench per biata Dena)
At last Jo jate hai wo bhi 2 3 saal baad product based me hi Jana pasand karte hai.

Badi badi city me bolata hai jahan normal life jeene ke liye bhi 70,000 /month chaiye (banglore, Hyderabad etc).
For 3.25 lpa they are taking so much rounds .. we are putting so much efforts and what we are getting 😢the conditions are so worst .
Please Answer my 2 questions:
1. Will Tech Mahindra Provide calculator option in online round 1 exam in 2024?
2. Can we use white paper and pen in exam ? if yes, then how to do that without looking down ( away from camera)?
quite sad to know that to achieve 3.25 lpa... 've to go 5 rounds...where each and every round is an elimination one... tcs offers 3.3 lpa for ninja role...still there is a chance of getting into it...because for ninja role...doesn't require to run the coding questions. Clear the aptitude,reasoning section n one can easily landed the job. Moreover TCS didn't reject any candidate during the interview process. Just clearing the aptitude is more than enough. Tech Mahindra's whole process is like a thrash...I must say. Mandatorily one has to solve minimum one coding questions to fetch 3.25 lpa...which is also below TCS(3.3 lpa minimum package)...
'Tata' is the only reason why still the freshers atleast get chances to gain experience...after their graduation...also there is much job security...TCS is 5X bigger than TechM. tTata hire in mass every year...That's why Tata is a brand name...

hello please look into my problem,
i got offer letter from tcs digital two day before and on same date i got one more offer letter from one product base company "X" for sdet intern for 6 month, 40K/month and after performace ppo can be given and now this X company want me to join immegiatly.
and this X company has a very good reputation(as i see all employee are from iit,iiits,big companies like amazon).
now can i do this doing intern at "X" company and wait for ppo and after six month if i didn't get then join tcs..
but what if tcs joining came in between 2-3 month?
I strongly suggest going for an x company. There is not much learning scope in TCS .

The test cases displayed were passed, but for the hidden test cases, I solved 7 out of 10 for the first problem and 12 out of 18 for the second problem. hi sir, I am a 2024 passed out student. I got selected in tech Mahindra through pega on march 8, 2024. The one who got selected in tech mahindra through non-pega,they recieved the offer letter and joining too. Sir today i given free nqt test and i passed 0 test cases for easy question and 7/7 test cases for medium level question. Will i get shortlisted if i did aptitude very normal not that good but reasoning and veral are good?
