I love the 2 different coloured needles! I am very much a visual person and having the distinct colours makes it easy for me to focus and understand! Many thanks from a new knitter!
Hi l just watched your video on decrease.....l just couldn't remember...even at my age of 77years old and knitting for greatgand children now....l can still learn...thankyou
Hey! I have a question :) When you're working on stocking stitch(knitting flat, not in round) and you want to decrease on the wrong side, will you purl these two instead of knitting them? It would be so so helpful if I'd receive your answer. Have a nice day!
hello! I see you're from norway. I reside in Alaska and am prepping for the winter. The weather is 41 degrees f/ 5 degrees c. so winter is coming. Is it chilly there? Chilly might not even be the right word. I enjoy looking at images of norway. Last winter I watched and shared many life in norway videos. :)
Love increases and decreases. I’ve been knitting for years and just learned a new increase this summer for socks. Thanks for sharing your knowledge Laura.💞
Hi your video and explanation was the most helpful I've found. Thank you. I am decreasing on every row in stocking stitch for 6 rows shaping the armhole, but I'm not sure how to do this on the next row which is a purl row. Can you help please?
so im an absolute beginner in knitting and i was just wondering, usually when ur knitting u have a knit side and a purl side. can u use these stitches on the purl side as well? or would u only use these on the knit side and just do a row of purl stitches on the other side without any decreases?

Replying so others can find out - you would do it the same but in opposite order. So you purl two together on the right (aka left leaning) side, and on the other side you slip two purlwise, then out them back on your left needle, then purl from the left back of the stitch to the front right, wrap around the thread like a purl. There's a video on yt called easy vest tutorial where it's explained visually
Thank you you made it very easy. My question is how often do I decrease when I am knitting a baby back part. What do I do when I turn over. I have no pattern just going with the flow. Can you assist me pls I am a beginner ❤
Thanks this video and the one about the decrease are just what I was looking for!!! I was starting to get depressed about my little project, but I feel better now :-)
I came across your video by accident and you explained very clear! 🥰 THANKYOU FOR THAT! I've been doing decrease differently & other peoples videos are either too fast or talk about other stuff too long! Yours is great & simple! 🧶💜🧶
Hi, My pattern says work left neckline in a jumper I’m making. It asks me to work on an amount of stitches and decrease at the neck edge. I presume the neck edge is the end of the knitting I’m working on. Is that correct? Xx 💕💕
The way you knit 2 tog. Does that decrease 2 stitches?or 1? My pattern says to decrease 1 stitch at ea end but it shows you knit 2 tog at ea end. Can you explain thanks? I'm a bit confused different ways. thanks
Ciao buon lavoro 🤗💌
I love the visuals of this presentation: close up, slow, repeated, explained, two contrasting needles, contrasting yarn, and good lighting. Well done!
Glad it was helpful!

HappyBerry is the best tutorial I've found on RUclips. Thanks so much.

Nicest explanation for left and right leaning decreases! Easy to see and follow. Thank you.

I was wondering if you could do a knitting tutorial like knitting a blanket I really would like to learn how to knit a blanket ❤ ❤❤❤
Thank u so muchhh 🎀💕💕💕💕🫶🏼
Do you knit the first and last stitches, or skip them?
So if I had to bind off 3 stitches, I would just repeat this 3 times?
How so u decrease in the wrong side
perfect, thank you!
The pattern I’m using doesn’t even define the rsl dec as a knit two together. So I’m confused now.

thanks
It will only reduce one stitch, turns your two into one
@@AlwaysSeverusSnape69 thankyou emilie.

My girlfriend says thanks, you solved it for her.
Thank you.
Wow I usually work on the last two stitches not 3 but I didn’t like the look. I am making pentagons and hexagons for a knitted ⚽️ soccer ball
When reading a pattern about the right and left tilt decrease, what does the abbreviation 'deck' mean?
Decrease!
Decrease! ...DECK is just spelt wrong 😁
How can we make two consecutive left n right decrease knitting
Thank you!!!!!

It's easier and faster to keep the yarn in your left hand while knitting
😍
