EVERY patient showing any progression from ‘glaucoma suspect’ to early mild disease needs to be treated with more than just daily drops & IOP checks months apart, while we wait, watching progressive loss of vision occur. Sight is too valuable to wait until it is irreparably damaged to act. Earliest intervention needs to become the standard of care.
