For a sec I was worried Smith wasn't in this one, then it cut to him using a tiny spray can and I was so relieved.
He doesn't talk until 1:15

I love how Ross is out here actually styling on people while Smith is just unapologetically bad at this. I love how genuine it feels to the boyz. Trott is just kinda in between the two extremes.
Trott gives it the same feeling as Bob Ross
NGL, these are actually looking halfway decent now you've given it a few tries. Given the limitation in MS paint, it's actually cool.
I actually still liked their first attempts best. Well. For Ross and Trott. But that's just me!
Pro paint tip: Ctrl and +/- to change brush size larger than defaults
If they ever do this for real in the warehouse, I would love to see smith continue with the spray paint lol

Ross made leaves that look like they're from an old game. The leaves look like they're just textures on a flat plane.
this has to be one of my favorite series you boiks have done, as an artist myself i'd love to see you guys expand from MSPaint though, maybe going into photoshop with all the choices of brushes and also using tablets if you guys could get one each, i know trott used to have one. i love seeing you guys do what i enjoy doing too! and one day i'll paint along with you haha. but yes MORE PLS

Ross has recently painted some mountains and put them on his Instagram (instagram.com/rosshornby/), really good stuff from the boiks! I really love their art stuff, it's interesting to see, especially as an illustrator myself!

God I love the scraping, scratching noises the little palette knife and fan brush make on the canvas.

This show was pretty popular in its day. It was on the Public Broadcasting Station, but you have to remember that PBS was like one of four of five channels people got at the time. It had the same draws that it does today. Just how calm he is and watching him create beautiful paintings with like four swipes of a brush.
It's a great show to watch if you're trying to sleep too. Or if you just need a calming presence to recover from something rough. Dude was a treasure.
I vividly remember him often being on our TV fairly often, growing up in NY in the late 80's/early 90's.

Love watching Bob Ross on Create which is a local PBS channel in the States. Watching him paint helps me calm down tremendously whenever I am feeling anxious. It is just something about his voice. Also I use to watch Bob Ross all the time with my grandfather when he was alive.
Honestly, I'm really loving y'all doing artsy stuff. Really feels like you're in your element.

I like the slow pan, just add a price tag at the bottom right with an Antiques Roadshow sound effect and I'm sure these pieces will sell like hotcakes

Ah, a bit more BATH Films, very relaxing! I gotta give them all credit on this one, they all did really well. I think I'd probably say I like Smith's the best, to be honest!
I like these because it's nice to see you guys complimenting each other instead of joking about how bad the drawing is. Gartic Phone is hilarious, but these are nice and comfy.

You all have excellent composition.
Ross and Trott's paintings have excellent one-point perspective but Smith's painting's perspective matches Bob Ross' painting's perspective better.
Protip to save a second or two: use the eye-dropper to pick up colors from your painting rather than going to the pallet in MS Paint.
Yeah, these are just spectacular. So fun, and you guys all did well. Especially considering the goofy tool set you are using.

Smith's use of the spray paint is the complete reverse of when I would use it instead of the brush, and the same for the brush. Spray for the snow on the mountain would be great, brush for the sky would have been great, but he did the opposite 😂 I love smithy
Bob Ross Hornby is really good at this.
I'd love to see Ross have a serious go at painting, he's got happy little talent and hidden potential that Bob is bringing out

i actually think Ross' turrned out really true to the original. It really looked like he had the perspective messed up but seeing it at 12:25, his is probably the closest one to the original painting.

Y'all are getting pretty good at this, even with your limited tools. You improve every video. I would have rated trotts higher though, his really looked strong and had a distinct style to it. At least on par with Ross's
Hoping that there will be some real-life Bob Ross paint-alongs in the warehouse once restrictions stop being so restricting.
