Care must be taken when selecting a GPU for this specific MB. The GPU slot is located in space 2, so anything wider than a 2-slot GPU will cover or block the lower edge conenctions. I have a 3090 Ti, and it is 2.5 slots and squishes the edge connectors over a little bit, so a 3-slot such as a 4080 or 4090 may not physically be possible.

This does not make sense to me. Why would ASUS place the GPU slot in the second spot, and not the one closest to the CPU where it will not block any of the headers? Maybe I do not understand he comment.

You can populate/plug in the additional 4 pin CPU connector without worry. It's for exceeding 5ghz sustained overclocking or within normal CPU function. It does not do any harm to use that connector for sub-5ghz speeds.
Hi Simon Templar, welcome back and thank you for your feedback. Yup no harm to plug but 1 set of EPS 4pin is more than sufficient to drive processor at 5Ghz, unless you want more and stable overclocking then additional 4pin will help. Nevertheless yes you can plug both is you choose to.

As for airpods, I have no idea to resolve that, I dont use ear piece thats why.. the only bluetooth I use is my sound bar or my portable speakers.. as i have tested, strange, I can toggle to bluetooth without the wifi enable.. maybe you should update your bluetooth driver and the wifi adaptor using Armoury Crate from Asustek.

@@ahusky7778 ok maybe I should explain indepth. by right in device manager, the wifi adapter is enabled at all times.. but on your task bar, you can disable wifi and your bluetooth will still work. if it does not, you might want to do a search as why airpod can be seen in device manager but not able to use it.

- NGL, I love that AMD is heading to the future with PCIE gen 5 M.2 SSD and PCIE 5.0 x16 (for GPU), but GPU and M.2 SSD right now with Gen 4 is still very Fast and Strong in the future (3-4 yrs plus) and it’s make AMD AM5 Motherboard just overpriced with PCIE Gen 5, if they still stick with Gen 4 PCIE 4.0 x16, all of M.2 SSD is still Gen 4, Upgrade Wifi 6 to Wifi 6E and more 3.2 gen 2 USB type-A Port that would be a better move for AMD. - I think Gen 5 will be meaningful when AMD releases high-end 8000 Series or 9000 series CPU
Hi PLKay, welcome to my channel. You are right about something. Technology which most using are not really towards the top yet. Having compromising to use PCIe 5.0. I don’t think is good either. It does make sense of all you have mentioned. For pc builders to get a mobo. I feel that price is right and needing those features, we call it a day. As for future proving. By then new boards will be out. For me as mentioned. I will grab a board for the function I will use and if it’s of a fair price, I will just grab. Use it till the next gen cpu or next gen devices (2 gen off current am using) Then I will most likely invest on newer board.

Hi Art_sc, welcome to my channel. It greatly depends if your air cooler. Does it support am5 and does it have the mounting bracket for 1718 socket? You might need to check. But I would advise not to use this aircooler as am5 are power hunger and generate a lot of heat.
I bought a hyper 212. It's compatible but you need to buy an adapter screw from CM. they're currently out of stock. CM told me they'll have it in stock sometime first quarter of 2023. I returned the hyper and got a noctua instead.
