If anything, I'd probably have gone for a different approach to Rau's unmasking. Like having scratch scarring that was covered by that mask. An extra mile of psychosis to further hide the fact that he has the face of someone he despises.
Rau only wears a mask because he doesn’t want to be reminded of his genetic dad. He doesn’t even have any physical deformities despite being an aging clone.
They just don’t seem like their villainous selves without their masks. But, Prospera still looks good with or without her mask, so who cares about her?
He’s basically the Gundam equivalent of Thanos. Even though Rau didn’t succeed in causing massive destruction like Thanos did, he’s still just as insane and dangerous.

what if that prospera surendder allready happend then some much biger threat thats far bigger behind the scenses pulling the strings an't giong to too be happy. that means a new sory arc aobut a new massive earth vs space multi space colony corprate mercanary war is giong to brake out. its far too early for things to calm back down for peace however. this is beacuse its far too ealry right now in a gundam serries for a difitive serres ending so something even far worse and much bigger is giong to happen. if thats the case well you better hold on to your butts bescue suleta and her frends are giong to have a very bad time when alot of very unhappy govetnment war mongers decide that there attempt to use birbery and subvige didn't work so there just giong to just go full blown full force acts of war and terror.
Elan still has his gun, she doesn't (it flies out of her hand right as she gets shot). I think anyone would have the sense to give up at that point, not that she had much of a choice.
