Also take in mind you dont have insulation on the celing or garage, which may not make a huge diffrence but definitely may help

Obviously a propane/gas heater (Mr Heater etc) is best for our winters, but I supplement mine with Amaze panel heaters. No fans, no noise, and low amp usage. It is not enough to heat my garage, but will hold it above zero celsius I have two that use less than 8amps total. Your ceiling and door are the biggest loss of heat. Vapour barrier and stopping drafts are key.
Based on what I’ve seen that all adds up! Maybe ceiling and door will be next
Double up and boom you have your own personal sauna
