It’s a SCAM: a two-bedroom apartment is around 1,5M(!!), with no schools, nurseries, hospitals, malls, no beaches and almost 1 hour driving from the downtown! In existing communities like JVC/ Townsquare.. you can buy a bigger and nicer apartment for a lower price… maybe in ten years it would be interesting and still to see what about noise, but for 2025 for living - no way, unless you work in this airport.
@@mihlyika scam is a bit harsh word but you raised a very good point there , in Dubai south you have gems wellington school , in emaar south there is a community center for grocery shopping and daily needs for the residents. The way you have said this shows that you haven’t seen the occupancy level of the community as yet.
