Glad you got into some nice ones. It was dink city early on. You had to weed through a ton of dinks to get a decent on. I hope to get back down more. That drive can be brutal if you get stuck in traffic.
hey man, I just got myself a st. croix inshore triumph 7ft med and have been loving it. I was thinking about getting the medium-light version of that rod, but I wanted to know your thoughts about it and if it's worth getting.
@ the medium I like for a do-it-all set up. I have a 3000 reel on that and use it for just about everything besides panfish and fish over 30”. The med light I have a 2500 reel on it and use it for more finesse fishing and light-wired hooks
Thanks for these video's, keeps me optimistic, as a fellow Chesapeake bay fisherman!
Glad you’re enjoying them. Thanks for tuning in!
tanks!

Yes it definitely was rough haha. A good time tho, that second school was a lot of fun!

100%. The med light is actually the rod I’m using mostly in this video. I absolutely love it for throwing 3-4” paddle tails 🤙
@@ChaCha_Fishing when would you use the medium or the medium light? what size reel and line do you have on both your setups?
