She doesn’t look plastic at the end. She looks more like herself before her plastic surgeries actually. I don’t know if doctor did it on purpose, but he made her look like her pre-plastic surgery self. I think it looks beautiful

She is not a doll or a robot there is no perfect face although she is not that natural you have no right to encourage her to do more plastic surgery or anyone else with insecurities to have more insecurity. Humans are beautiful with some imperfections otherwise thy would look like a robot or doll.
You mis her jawline is too long from her lower lip to the chin. Need to ease to diminish her strong square face. Although everything she is absolutely beautiful.
I have done the rhinoplasty last year at Dr.Taš. Nothing special, to much money for lousy job. I expected something better.I can say it's better looking than previous (I already had nose job 10 years ago) but the main things are not done. Maybe I didn't explain good to dr. what I want ? Anyway, After the Dr.Taš, I can see bad work done, bumps on my nose which I didnt have etc. It's very lousy for 10.000 EUR. If I could turn back time, I wouldn't go there, it's just a commercial, internet is a miracle. I can't say he is bad, but my first rhinoplasty in my home town in some points, it's better job. It was a god job. Still I wanted "less dominant nose on my face". Narrower. I got flatter nose , not narrowed which I wanted, my face contours are changed, but it's not a big deal. Point is missing, my tip of a nose is wide and big, root of a nose is thinner. Nose, yes looks refined, but it's full of mistakes and too obvious bump in the middle of a nose which never existed. The nose is more "artificial". Left side of the nose in the root and basis of the nose, looks bigger cause of the eye line and bone of a nose. It's not good at all. For that kind a money is really beginners work. I can't say it's wrongly healed, and nobody can't guarantee you how it will be in 12 months, I am ok with that, I just say some mistakes are two obvious. I don't like it. I know it's harder to do the second rhinoplasty, I know my nose is "meaty" one, but I have expected better. Maybe this is the best and nobody can do it better.. still this lousy bump showed up 3-4 months after the operation. You know your nose is swollen in the first time, after 6 months the water is gone but suddenly I spotted "ribs" on my nose line when it was dried up. It's not from healing, its from the bad work.
But I disagree. I think that for botch rhinoplasties, you should mince the cartlidge, add more cartlidge minced, and try to reconstruct the anatomy of the nose into the desired form.
