Nice review! Love your comment about if it doesn't look good on the model... And appreciating a design, even if not your style! But l also try to note when there are clips in the back or ways the model has their hands or stands that changes how a garment fits vs what line dwg suggests... So love it when good line drawings and photos are shown.
Great video. I like that you were quick... the pics and line drawings supply a lot of the details. I love that you didn't gush about all of them! And, yes... lots of them are similar to other patterns that are already "out there"... That is absolutely a Samurai jumpsuit, LOL A few things were of interest to me but I don't think I'll be getting any this round. That blue floral is lovely - can't wait to see it made up... and the ice dyed fabric... always a favorite! I have some felted wool pieces I'm going to try - have no idea how it will turn out. It would be great if you made this a regular feature!
Hi Diane! Thank you for the feedback - it's really helpful! Apparently lots of people agree that the jumpsuit was suited for a Samurai LOL! You have me intrigued with the felted wool pieces! I am definitely planning on making this a regular feature - I had fun putting it together!
Really good video. You went quickly and covered a lot of new patterns. I enjoyed your style of presentation a lot. Too many vloggers talk too much and in too much detail about new patterns. I usually can’t get through them but I watched all of yours. I have seen some of Sewing and the City vlogs and blogs when looking for upcycling ideas. She did a really pretty blouse out of a lace tablecloth.
Thank you for the feedback - it's really. helpful! I saw that video with upcycled tablecloth - so pretty!! I actually went on Etsy after watching it to look for vintage tablecloths!! I've decided to wait and try and find some in person thrifting though 😊. Thanks so much for watching!
Such a wonderful collection of lNDIE patterns. Fibre Mood is my one “hiccup” the images of the patterns are artsy and provoke a “mood” but at the end of the day, show me the pattern, how it hangs on the body and the concept. (Just sayn’) 😊 I am very interested in most of these patterns. Thank you for bringing such a great list together.
I love these kind of videos 😄 I made the Amalfi blouse recently and I absolutely love it, I wear it at least once a week. The raglan sleeves make it less poofy at the shoulder and I don’t even have to unbutton it to get it on or off…..WIN! 😃👍🏼
I really appreciate this video. I just made my first indie pattern and, yup, it fit well without alterations. I like hearing about various companies and your insight, since you are an experienced indie sewer. The blouse with the long puffy sleeves is going to be so pretty!!! And, YES, to the floral short sleeve shirt. Looking forward to seeing your ruffled sweatshirt…that’s a nice touch for what is usually a staple garment. As long as you have the links, I don’t need more information on each pattern. If an overview video of new patterns gets too detailed, I usually fast forward to the next pattern, which is fine and maybe just me. Thanks, again! 😊-Deborah
Oh Michelle wonderful peek at the indie patterns, I love some of the fibremood patterns I have not noticed before watching your vlog, thank you for taking the time to have a look through these. Have a lovely week xx
You put a lot of time and work into this video. My thought is if people appreciate all of your work. I follow you to see what you like and what you are making. I’m not as interested in the patterns you aren’t interested in. I really like that last top!
I appreciate your analysis of the new patterns ( to me too) . I sew for others and would like to sew a few more pieces for myself post pandemic! ☺️ My only comment on your outfit and what i see for you ( hope you dont mind 🙏💞) is a little higher neckline and the pattern with a double fluttery sleeve. Now im going to check out your video collab with Izzy 🩷🇨🇦
Wow, Michelle, a lot of work went into this video. Thank you!! I like your fabric choices for the patterns you want to make. I can hardly wait to see your ice dyed cotton sweatshirt fabric.
I thought this was perfect, Michelle - just the right amount of detail and a good pace getting through them while also sharing your opinion. Enjoyed very much!
THanks Michelle.. This video really helped.. I have a mixture of patterns and like you fell into the trap of making things that looked pretty .. Now I'm always on the hunt for comfort but stylish..
Nicely done Michelle, I enjoyed your quick review and the corresponding picture. Like you I also have similar patterns in my stash, I did like the classic trouser pattern, I might have to try that one! Thank you.
I love your floral fabric samples ❤. I dont do a lot of indie patterns however the one tee shirt pattern with the neckline and sleeve variations you mentioned is interesting . Very informative video.
Great round up and didn’t mind the quick breeze through. If I want to know more I can always click on the link. So don’t change the format. Loved that the ones you liked you had paired with fabric. ❤
I just discovered your channel. I love that you reviewed indie patterns. Please do more. Your selection was outstanding.A few of these companies I had never heard of and will be purchasing at least two that you highlighted here. You are personable, friendly, have a great delivery and are approachable. Keep up the great work.
I definitely plan on sharing more indie pattern releases. I had so much fun making that video and discovered lots of new pattern companies I hadn't heard of! Thank you so much for your kind words and I"m so glad to have you join me in my journey!!
Great video! I like your quick assessment of each pattern. I like seeing the “picture” to get an idea of styling but mostly, I want to see the line drawings. I don’t need to have the description read to me, or see the measurements for each size, or see the fabric quantity required - I can look all of that up if I’m interested. Thanks for a great - and useful - video.
That's EXACTLY how I feel about seeing new pattern releases! I'm glad to hear I'm not alone. I felt like I may be leaving out too much info - so this feedback is very helpful. THANK YOU!
Great video! I like the way you presented the patterns. I agree with you on jumpsuits they are too much work to get in and out of! Another new pattern company you might want to check out is Rivet Patterns. It's a breakoff of 5 out of 4 patterns. Itch to Stitch will have some new patterns in the next few weeks. Thank you for all your videos!
Great vlog thank you. Had seen some of these before as a company called The Fold Line does a weekly vlog on new pattern releases in the UK. I did see some new ones though and I love your style of delivery. I am with you on Style Arc patterns and have made quite a few - instructions are definitely getting better. With you on Fibre Mood too. Did not subscribe to the magazine this year but think I will have to buy it after watching this. 😅. Love the cuffs on the boxy shirt - off to buy that too!! Look forward to seeing yours in that fab fabric!! Also love the ruffle sweatshirt which I think would look good with piping instead of ruffles. 😊 Lynne
Hi Lynne! Yes, I love Kate from The Fold Line! I don't watch every one of her videos but I usually watch most of them. I must have missed one for this month!! Piping for the sweatshirt sounds like a really fun option! Glad I was able to share something new with you 😊💕
I love your videos. I totally agree with you about the Addie jumpsuit, I was looking for the sword! I won’t wear jumpsuits of any kind for the exact same reason. I appreciate all the work you put into researching these patterns.
I really like this video. Great to be introduced to some new pattern companies. I especially enjoyed when you found a pattern you liked you showed us the fabric you want to use to make it. I sew a lot of Love Notions patterns. I love them. I really like their new jacket pattern. What fabric would you make the Risa blouse out of? It's really cute. I think the short sleeve version of the Boxy Shirt looks perfect for the summer. I really love the fabric they made it out of. Rayon would be awesome for that pattern. I think the last sweatshirt pattern would be great made out of French Terry fabric. Thanks for sharing.
For the Risa blouse - I don't have a fabric in my stash that jumped out at me. I think I would end up buying something. MAYBE. I really like the silky version on the models - but I would get a lot more wear out of something less dressy. For the short sleeve boxy shirt - I think they used a double gauze, which made it look light and airy. I think my rayon will work really well for that one. As for the Bleeker sweatshirt - I agree, a nice french terry would work perfectly! I'm glad you enjoyed the video Carol!
Yes! I follow the Sewing in the City You Tube channel. I am planning to make that bleeker sweatshirt also. Her makes are amazing. I love your pattern review style; informative and nicely paced!
I just got my printed pattern back yesterday. I've washed my fleece. I'll be ready to start making the Bleeker this week! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video 😊
Hi Michelle, this is a great video. I didn't know about these independent pattern companies. That first dress you said is romantic and floaty. I like that.❤
Nicely done! I love that you did all this research and will check out many of these sites. Also, thank you for not having a video that goes on longer than a half hour (although I do like seeing line drawings). 😀
Michelle this format was perfect, thank you for putting it all together. Just enough info without all the boring bits 😉 Looking forward to seeing your ice dyed fabric. Have fun! x Marianne
I appreciate your take on patterns. and they are "New to you" patterns Looking forward to your Amalfi blouse. I think it a challis will be perfect for it. The Risa blouse would look stunning in an ice dye but definitely longer. I think you could make it as an elevated everyday that would fit into your everyday lifestyle. It would be all about the fabric. (and fit, of course) Fibre Mood seems to be channeling a bit of the 80's with all the dolman sleeves.
Ooh - I really like the idea of the Risa in an ice dyed fabric! My go to "nice" fabric for ice dyeing is a linen blend from Joann. Now you've got me thinking!! Thanks 😊
@@MichelleSewsAgain Now you've got me thinking. the remnants from a linen blend ice dye might make fabulous ruffles for s sweatshirt ice dye. A textural difference between the two
Michelle! The indie companies really turned out some gorgeous and interesting designs. There are a lot here that I want to make and that last sweater with the ruffles on the sleeve is a showstopper. Great video
Thank you so much for putting this together - I’m definitely an Indie girl so appreciate you doing a lot of the research for me 🤣 I have to say though, not many of these have really caught my eye except for that last one with the ruffles. I really hope you do use some of your dyed fabric for it! 💞
I agree Izzy - it was fun to do the research but I did not find a ton that I HAD to have! I'm am excited about that Bleeker Sweatshirt though - it's going to be fun!
This was such a great review of the Indie patterns. I think the 3 tops you selected and the 2 fabric prints will be wonderful makes for you. The sweatshirt with the ruffle is really interesting and depending on your colors you could make each ruffle different. I agree with you on jumpsuits, what a pain. Very happy and positive video, so fun, Thanks for all your work you put into this! I appreciate it. Have a great week!
Love the video I'm also a style arc fan I put myself on a pattern ban I can also hack like you I do mostly casual gorgeous fabrics the colours are amazing looking for an amazing makes ❤😊
Love the Amalfi Blouse. Love all the options in the skyline T. I agree with you on jumpsuits. I like the pace of the video in showing the patterns and not spending too much time on each pattern. If I see something I like you have given me enough info to go check out anything I want to find out more. That vest with thick ties gives off apron vibes.
Hi Michelle. I like your Indie pattern round up. Do you have any white cotton jersey (for the arm ruffles) your could ice dye at the same time as the white sweatshirt fabric? That sounds like a really fun project. Thanks for putting together so many choices and new pattern companies, Antonia
Hi Antonia! No, I don't have any white cotton jersey, but I could easily get some😊. That is definitely an option! I was thinking of something that would stand out as different though - maybe a fun, razzle dazzle ribbon or something...what do you think?
Hi Michelle. That sounds great. You might consider a velvet or velour in a deep saturated color to accent all the yummy colors in your ice dye masterpieces. I know sequins are popular right now, but if you used sequin fabric for the ruffle it might crease weirdly where it's folded over. Maybe a single band of sequin trim on the edge of the ruffles or a beaded trim that dangles a bit (but not so heavy that it would pull down the ruffle)? I also really like your idea of maybe making the fabric in the middle between ruffles be a WOW attention getter. I could see a yummy brocade fabric for that band (watch out though becasue some of those fabrics have finicky washing requirements or need to be dry cleaned (a no-no in my world)). Fun sounds like a great theme word for your new year, Antonia @@MichelleSewsAgain
I love Sewing in the City! I have not gotten any of her patterns yet but once I found her I binge watched a lot of her RUclips videos. And, the Bleeker sweatshirt is adorable. Michelle, this was a fun vlog. I’m not buying anymore patterns but I still enjoyed it.
Isn't she cool to watch? I love her style! I'm so happy I found her channel. I'm really excited about the Bleeker sweatshirt. I'm glad you enjoyed the video 😊💕
Thanks so much for such an interesting video. I do love to see what the Indies are doing. Can't wait to see you use those pretty fabrics. Fibre mood patterns are interesting?! The magazine reminds me of the Burda magazine where the patterns are slightly 'off the wall'. You did a great job with the video, the only thing that would help me ( and yes I could do the research myself 😂) but can you say whether they are PDF only or printed pattern so I don't get excited😂. Yes I know, if I wasn't so stubborn I could have them all! Thanks so much Michelle. Xx❤
Great feedback - thanks Carole! I'll add that bit going forward. I don't usually think about that because the printed version is not always available to me, so I usually just buy the PDF and have it sent off to the printer. But I'd MUCH rather buy it already printed!!
@@MichelleSewsAgain thanks Michelle. I didn't realise you preferred ready printed? I could see all those huge rolls of pattern behind you and it had me sweating 😂 x
Thank you so much - I'm so glad to have you here! I'm not quite that adept at using my Cricut 🤣. I actually bought the snowflake on Amazon with the intention of using it as a tree topper - but I ended up going with something else. This one was too beautiful to keep packaged though so I set it up in my sewing room 😊
Thank you for sharing patterns you wouldn't make for yourself. I really love those Makers Atelier trousers. I'm over the wide leg everything (I wore those before they got super popular).
Oh. I absolutely love both the pattern and your fabric choice for the Amalfi blouse. I just bought the Ditto pattern system, so I'm not buying other patterns for a time. Hopefully this one will still be available when I'm ready to purchase it. I can't wait to see yours made up!
@@MichelleSewsAgain The Ditto projector pattern system includes 100s of "free with subscription" patterns, after you purchase the projector system. It is expensive, but before the new year it was about 1/2 off and my sister and I went in together so we each paid about $200. Many of the patterns are customizable to our measurements so it requires very little adjustments such as fba, rounded back or sway back, etc. It even has a belly and a bottom protudence feature. I'm looking forward to playing around with it. I truly hope it works as well as I believe it will. I'm taking a 3 hour class this weekend to learn how to use it.
Great video! I like the plain looking boxy top. I’ll have to go to the website to look at the details of the one with the interesting neckline. Thanks for the awareness!
I'm not up on indie patterns at all. I'm interested in, if you could please detail how you deal with the printing out of the patterns? One of the things I love about the big four, is the ease of the nice paper patterns. It's so nice with the pretty envelope, easy to cut out paper ready to go. I do not find indie patterns convenient AT ALL ...??? Maybe very cute, but if it only would show up at my house in an envelope with a picture.
I send all my pdf patterns off to a printer, I don't print and tape them together myself. Yes, that is a nice feature of the Big 4 - too bad their sizing is not so great. There are SOME indie patterns that are available as printed already. If you check your local fabric shop, they might carry some!
Great review. I love the range of patterns you covered. Style Arc checks all the boxes! ❤ I've made two Maker's Atelier dresses, and they're well-drafted patterns. You might want to check out The Assembly Line for more simple styles. I've made the Cuff Sleeve top and one of their skirts. The Risa Blouse by Fibremood went on my list. It reminds me of the wrap blouses from the 50s/60s.
Hi Meg - thanks for the recommendation for The Assembly Line. I feel like I've heard of them but have never checked them out. Off to do that now! That Risa blouse is just so beautiful - I hope I'm not setting myself up for failure with another wrap style 😩
Style Arc's instructions are very bare but they are good in my opinion. Maybe not the best for an absolute beginner but after that, you'll know what to do.
I agree for the most part - every now and then I still get stuck - but not so much that I won't buy something that interests me. I just LOVE their style!
Wow Michelle, you’ve done lots of research for us. As soon as I saw that white blouse I thought it was something you’d be interested in. Have you ever heard of Maison Fauve (French company - beautiful things but maybe a bit complicated ). Also, Pattern Emporium (Australian - very size inclusive and a great mix of woven and knit patterns) Thanks for sharing 🙋🏼🏴 p.s I don’t do jumpsuits either 😂😂😂
Thank you so much for the recommendations! I actually have a couple of Pattern Emporium patterns, so I need to add them to my "research". I have heard of Maison Fauve but I haven't looked into them yet. I'll definitely check them out! #saynotojumpsuits 🤣
Haven't even watched it yet, just the intro, but i love it! Yay! Edit - almost done, LOVE. Keep it up. The Bleeker sweatshirt isn't new , maybe a year old? I love it too and I think you have pushed me over the edge into buying it. I do love her channel too, she's just so charming.
Hi Crystal! I have always used PDF Plotting. They are based here in the US. I'm honestly not sure what other options are available. I had tried using FedEx Copy Shop at one point a few years ago and whoever I talked to at the time said they couldn't do it. I have been thinking about checking out local copy shops to see if they could do it. PDF Plotting does ship pretty quickly. So I think it would come down to price. I'll keep you updated if I find something that costs less 😊
@@MichelleSewsAgain The Plotted Pattern is another one with a good reputation. Woman-owned/operated too. I enjoyed this video Michelle! Thanks for putting it together.
Just came across your channel and liked your thoughts on the patterns. However you say you don't wear skirts or pants so why would you make tops or shirts? To wear on top of dresses? You now have new subscriber. 😮
LOL - I caught that bit after I uploaded and watched again! I don't make or wear skirts. I wear, but don't make pants 🤣. I'm glad you enjoyed the video enough to subscribe! I hope I'm able to keep you interested 😊
Haha! The show is called Shark Tank here in the US - and it wasn't intentional, but as soon as I said it I kind of smirked to myself LOL. I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
Thank you for the research and putting together the video. I found it distracting when you would detail the reasons why a pattern wasn't for you, as I was trying to consider whether it might be for me.
I love the Amalfi blouse and will purchase the pattern. Fibre Miid is completely uninteresting for me. The patterns are quite boring and simple, also they aren’t designed to be fitting in bigger sizes, I think. The patterns from Wardrobe by me are quite good. I like the shirt. Thank you for your effort!
Anybody can make a pattern but I wish they would tell if they have been trained in patternmaking especially on plus bodies. Sewists think THEY did something wrong when often as not, it is a poorly drafted pattern.
I would agree with you. However, I have found that since all plus size bodies have significantly different shapes, even those that are trained in plus size pattern making can't get it right 100% of the time. For instance, so many people love Cashmerette patterns - but her block does not work for my shape. So I think it's a matter of trying out different designers to see which block comes closest to your shape and then altering from there 😊. Excellent point though!!
Please DONT go into more detail about the patterns. I really liked you introducing me to a bunch of new patterns. If I like then, I can go look up the details myself.
Loved your presentation. Quick but informative. Like your down to earth personality. God bless.
Oh thanks so much!
The way you're doing this Michelle is great! dont need more details. just pictures xx

I love your videos. I totally agree with you about the Addie jumpsuit, I was looking for the sword! I won’t wear jumpsuits of any kind for the exact same reason. I appreciate all the work you put into researching these patterns.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it and everyone seems to be having that same reaction to the jumpsuit 🤣
Thanks Michelle, some fabulous news patterns to consider! 😊
You're welcome!
Hi Michelle, this is a great video. I didn't know about these independent pattern companies. That first dress you said is romantic and floaty. I like that.❤
It's a very pretty dress Zelda!
I like videos like this. You did a good job presenting the patterns. Thank you Michelle 🤗
I'm so glad you enjoyed it Cynthia!
I love all your videos, Michelle. And you. 💗
💕💕💕💕 Back at ya Andra!!
Thanks Michelle! some great patterns there😊
You'rre welcome 😊
Nicely done! I love that you did all this research and will check out many of these sites. Also, thank you for not having a video that goes on longer than a half hour (although I do like seeing line drawings). 😀
I try to keep them short and sweet! Thanks for the feedback on the format - it's very helpful 😊
Michelle this format was perfect, thank you for putting it all together. Just enough info without all the boring bits 😉 Looking forward to seeing your ice dyed fabric. Have fun! x Marianne
I'm so glad you liked the format! Thanks for stopping by Marianne!
I appreciate your take on patterns. and they are "New to you" patterns
Looking forward to your Amalfi blouse. I think it a challis will be perfect for it.
The Risa blouse would look stunning in an ice dye but definitely longer. I think you could make it as an elevated everyday that would fit into your everyday lifestyle. It would be all about the fabric. (and fit, of course)
Fibre Mood seems to be channeling a bit of the 80's with all the dolman sleeves.
A textural difference between the two
@@pmclaughlin4111 LOVE that idea! 💡
Love the vlog in this style. Thanks for all the work finding these patterns for us Michelle😊
You're so welcome Sheelagh!
Love that floral rayon, would make a beautiful shirt.
Thank you so much!
thanks for sharing! i think it's great to show us what is available even if it's not something you would make for yourself.
Awesome! I'm glad you agree 😍
Thankyou for showing us this lovely hobby art. As some of us said it does remind me of those pin and thread art we used to do.
I'm not sure but I THINK this comment may have been intended for Carole (So Carole) and her video about sewing cards?? 😊💕
I really like this type of video. Love the look of the Amalfi. Oh yes the WBM Boxy shirt in that fabric would look amazing.
Thanks so much Jane!
Michelle! The indie companies really turned out some gorgeous and interesting designs. There are a lot here that I want to make and that last sweater with the ruffles on the sleeve is a showstopper. Great video
Thanks Mari! I'm excited about that sweatshirt - I just sent it off to the printer 💕
Great video! I came across Christine a while ago. She is so creative and inspiring. Happy sewing, Michelle :)
I'm so happy to have found her channel! Thanks for watching Suzy 😊
Thank you so much Kathleen! I appreciate the feedback😊 I like the idea of making each ruffle different - that could be fun!
Love the video I'm also a style arc fan I put myself on a pattern ban I can also hack like you I do mostly casual gorgeous fabrics the colours are amazing looking for an amazing makes ❤😊
Good luck with your pattern ban! If you can hack an existing pattern to get what you want, then why buy something new! You got this Robyn 😊
Hi Michelle. I enjoyed this video and format. You introduced a couple of new designers too. The blouse you purchased already is beautiful. 😊
Thank you! I love finding new pattern companies so I'm happy they were new for you as well!
I loved the review of these new patterns! Thanks for taking the tine to put this vlog together.
You're so welcome!
Thanks for the feedback! And now that you say that - I can't unsee an apron 🤣
Thanks for sharing all of these patterns. You did a great job with the honest reviews. I appreciate that you put all the links below. Best Wishes.
Thank you for the feedback - I appreciate it 😊💕
Hi Michelle.
@@socarole66 those are all PDF patterns that I had printed. I don't like taping! I would much prefer to buy them already printed when possible.
New to your channel great video. Beautiful snowflake is that a cricut cutout?
Thank you so much - I'm so glad to have you here! I'm not quite that adept at using my Cricut 🤣. I actually bought the snowflake on Amazon with the intention of using it as a tree topper - but I ended up going with something else. This one was too beautiful to keep packaged though so I set it up in my sewing room 😊
Loved this video. Always like to see the new patterns and what you would make out of what you like. 😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you so much!
You're welcome!
Thank you for sharing patterns you wouldn't make for yourself. I really love those Makers Atelier trousers. I'm over the wide leg everything (I wore those before they got super popular).
I thought those were super nice looking! I especially liked the version that zipped up the side. I'm glad you saw something you liked!
Oh. I absolutely love both the pattern and your fabric choice for the Amalfi blouse. I just bought the Ditto pattern system, so I'm not buying other patterns for a time. Hopefully this one will still be available when I'm ready to purchase it. I can't wait to see yours made up!
I don't know anything about the Ditto pattern system - I'll have to go look into it. I'm glad you enjoyed the video anyway though 😊💕
@@MichelleSewsAgain
The Ditto projector pattern system includes 100s of "free with subscription" patterns, after you purchase the projector system.
Wow Mary! That sounds amazing! I can’t wait to hear about it!
Great video! I like the plain looking boxy top. I’ll have to go to the website to look at the details of the one with the interesting neckline. Thanks for the awareness!
You're welcome Talisha! There were definitely some cute styles in the bunch!
Also, Pattern Emporium (Australian - very size inclusive and a great mix of woven and knit patterns)
Thanks for sharing 🙋🏼🏴
p.s I don’t do jumpsuits either 😂😂😂
Thank you so much for the recommendations! I actually have a couple of Pattern Emporium patterns, so I need to add them to my "research". I have heard of Maison Fauve but I haven't looked into them yet. I'll definitely check them out! #saynotojumpsuits 🤣
Great video! I like this format looking forward to more.❤
Great! Thanks for the feedback April!
@@MichelleSewsAgain your welcome 😊
I think jumpsuits are adorable, but make them as separates, a top and pants.
Agree!!
Likewise I don’t wear skirts or trousers. I haven’t heard of most of these pattern companies only fibre mood. Best wishes from Portugal
Thanks so much for watching!
😍
Great video! Which pattern printing company do you use? Thanks
@@debbiecook4270 Thank you so much! I'll go check them out 😊
Just came across your channel and liked your thoughts on the patterns.
Way to channel "Dragon's Den" (For that reason, I'm out) 🤣 Just teasing, not trying to be mean. Great video and I'd love to see more like this.
I appreciate the feedback 🙂
I love the Amalfi blouse and will purchase the pattern. Fibre Miid is completely uninteresting for me. The patterns are quite boring and simple, also they aren’t designed to be fitting in bigger sizes, I think. The patterns from Wardrobe by me are quite good. I like the shirt. Thank you for your effort!
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the video 😊. Good luck with the Amalfi blouse!!
this would be more useful to me if you showed patterns that you would wear.
I did mention the ones that I was interested in. Are you saying you'd rather not see the ones I wouldn't wear?
@@MichelleSewsAgain Good point. And finding people like you who generously share their experiences.
Lots of ideas! Too little time!
Haha - always!!
I think you had an appropriate amount of detail. I’m not a fan of over-explaining!! 😊
I'm not usually either Cheri! Thanks so much for the feedback!
I agree, no need for all the measurements etc and stuff written about garment size if someone’s interested they can look it up.
Please DONT go into more detail about the patterns. I really liked you introducing me to a bunch of new patterns. If I like then, I can go look up the details myself.
That seems to be the overwhelming opinion - that's how I prefer to hear about new patterns as well. So I'm glad that works for everyone!! 😊
