I love it! This frame would be perfect for a “just married” couple who were married at the beach. They could put a picture of themselves which was taken on the beach shortly after they were married. ♥️♥️
What a great idea!

That’s exactly what I’m doing with it…. For my daughter and son in law
@@jacruick….your daughter will love it. ♥️
Oh Sharma !!! It's even more beautiful in person ! THANK YOU !
This is so cool. I used to have a time share on Ft Myers Beach. I collected shells and glued them to frames with pictures of my two granddaughters at the beach in their cute little swimsuits. Adorable. Now they are grown.
Time goes by too fast!!
The frame is gorgeous!😍
And the pearls are the finishing touch!
Love it!🤍
Thanks so much Ilona!! ❤️ 😊
I bought the headlamp you recommend for my husband’s birthday present. He LOVES it!! Thanks for taking the time to recommend your tried and true favorite items. I don’t think I could have found such a great headlamp on my own.
It's great because you just recharge it instead of using batteries. Mine is still going strong after a few years of use!
I think its time for another in-home shell collection tour!!!!!🐚❤🐚
Yes, it is time for my yearly shell purge. I have a giveaway I'd like to do so it's pretty good timing 😃
@@SWFBeachLifeOh, please tell us where you get your glass display containers as well. I saw your magazine interview and you gave us a peek of your banded tulips in a gorgeous container. Would definitely like to know where you shop for them.❤🎉❤
@@CeeceeWhip A lot of my glass containers are Tiffany and Co. which is probably why they are stunning. My mother used to work for Tiffany and she had amassed quite a collection, some of which she gave me and others I inherited. I love the glass and seashells look personally. Then we have FABULOUS thrift stores down here in Fort Myers, so there is never a shortage of just the right sized container. Happy Friday!
@@SWFBeachLife WOWEE! No wonder they look so beautiful. I’d be afraid the shells would scratch them. We are hoping to go on a scouting trip early next year to live in FL. We are focusing on the Gulf side. However, I’d be happy as long as we are not in flood territory but yet, still close to the sea. Is there such a place? Ha!
@@CeeceeWhip If you find the place let me know! 😂
So pretty. Love the addition of the pearls.
The Pearls really made it Pop! Lovely! 🥰
I have some "crystals" I'd like to use too. So many projects - so little time!
Beautiful frame Sharmon! I love the bowls and jars of shells you have displayed in the background, it made me smile and wonder how many of those we watched you pick up from the beaches! 🥰
I try to keep my collection under control but it's hard when there are so many beautiful shells out there!
Using a beeswax stick to pick up the small shells works really well. The pearls added the perfect finishing touch.
What a super idea - thank you!
That’s beautiful 😊
Please do more and show us what you do with all your shells
I have a mirror I'm going to do next!
Ohhhh…. So lovely ! And it’s mine ! Yea !
I hope you love it!! ❤️
That is gorgeous! The pearls just top it off ❤
Thank you!
Very Cool! 💜

Thank you! 😊
The frame came out beautiful. I love it. I think I will do one myself. Thanks for the inspiration.🐚❤️
Thank you for watching!
I love it! Well done!! 🐚🐚🐚
Thank you!!!
Came out beautiful 💕
I wish you could find tons of sea glass. That definitely would be nice outlining a frame. Love this white on white look with various pearls❤🎉
I was thinking rose petal tellin pink accents might be nice on the next one. I wish I got to find more glass too!
@@SWFBeachLife OH, yes!! You get a lot of those and maybe do the tiny calico/burgundy scallops along with the pinks. So much fun!!!
Hello. Good Evening 😊😊Happy Wednesday 😊😊

Can't wait to see it finished 🐚🐚 love this idea, I love sea shells ❤
Great job, very pretty!!
Thank you! 😊
Gorgeous!
Thank you! 😊
Very beautiful, I love it 😊😊
Fun project! I’ve just added some air plants to shells I collected a couple years ago, and I think the effect is really pretty. I love decorating with the shells I’ve collected over the years.
I did that with a lightning whelk I found and the little plant needs a bigger shell. I guess I'll just have to go find one......
I love it ❤ I have been making gifts for my family. I’m about out of shells 😅
It’s lovely! Love that it’s all white. By the way, maybe you know this, when I click on Etsy link, the prices given are in English (?) pounds…
That turned out beautiful!!❤️ If you ever get a chance, get a clamp to put the little shells on - like a medical clamp. Mine has saved my fingers many a time! Lol my sister LOVES white shells too. I'll have to try the hair dryer idea. Thanks Sharmon! xxoo
Someone recommended using Beacon 3-in-1 glue and I just bought some to try. I figure one way or another I'll find just the right system! I will be on the hunt for that medical clamp at the thrift store 😃
Thanks for sharing this, and I will try to make some frames, I got a few good ones from Florida ❤❤❤
Happy Easter Wednesday!
I adore this project. :) At first I thought you were gluing shells to the glass. I wondered where the photo would go. lol!
It's so much fun when you make projects. I have tons of frames sitting around that are in need of decoration.
My tip is to use Beacon 3-in-1 instead of hot glue or the E-6000. Nothing wrong with using hot glue when you like. But, Beacon is room temperature. And it gives a lot of wiggle room. And it's much easier to use then the E-6000 because it comes in a plastic bottle with a tip and not in a squeeze tube.
Keep creating! :) xo
Oh, a while back I said I was going to send you a photo of a mystery object. But then I switched computers and can't access that photo. But I was watching ZeFrank's most recent episode on snails and I saw it. It is a Glass Sponge. Possibly a Venus flower Basket. They have a male and femail shrimp livign inside of them. He said they crawl in when they are small enough, but at some point they grow too big to get out again.
"Appareantly there is enough food in there. Then they bored and make some bebes. They leave because, they can."
Info:
Venus flower basket (Euplectella aspergillum) silica skeleton
Blessings!
I love ZeFrank!!! My favorite all-time RUclips channel ever. I am glad you were able to figure out what your thing was. I was thinking about those shrimp just the other day. I saw a honeycomb-like thing and it made me think of those critters. And I just ordered some Beacon 3-in-1 glue! Thanks so much for the tip! I figure I'll keep trying different things until I get it just right! 🙏🏼

Sharmon,
I was inspired to do my own, it’s perfectly imperfect and I don’t understand the less is more concept. It even has Sanibel sand!
is there a way for me to post a photo of my creation?
No photos here on RUclips but you can try to post something on my Facebook page or send me an email at swfbeachlife@gmial.com

I've found that oval and round frames that are flat work well and there is no problem with the frames being symmetrical. Hope that helps. Really like your videos.!
Yes! That is the type of mirror I found that I'm going to cover in seashells next!
Needs some contrasting color so the shells do not fade into the background.
Maybe the next one I'll do white with accent shells...🤔
I love your idea but the sand dollar looks lonely in the corner.
Thank you for the feedback!
