Dear all, I am a type 2 diabetes patient suffering from constipation i did everything u tube said cost me about 35k but no benefit i was very worried Finally I did an experiment myself which was successfuli found a solution costing 5 rupees a day now i have no constipation problem.
@@Mahesh-ub6px 1) an hour after dinner take 3 spoon orginal Castrol oil with 200 M L hot water 2) morning take 1ltr light hot water 3) if this rule is followed ,the stomach will be clean every day
