Gizzards are a good source of vitamins and protein but low in fat. In this video I shared simple steps of how I prepare the perfect gizzard in pepper sauce without frying or grilling. This gizzard came out to be the perfect one with some amazing taste you need to experience. 1 Medium sized Onions
2 Green bell pepper
1 tbsp adobo
1 tbsp of mixed spices
Salt to taste
