**Ingredients**
2kg Gizzard
20 - 30 pieces green chillies (or less)
1 batch Spring onions
BB10 - The ULTIMATE (Bezalea B10) SPICE Cubes|Spice Blend for your Delicious Dishes

salt to taste
1 large red pepper
1 large green pepper
1 large white onion
**BB10 is comprised of:**
5 Green Chillies
6 Cloves of Garlic
1 medium size brown onion
1 medium size red onion
3 Spring onions
Ginger (the size of the medium size onion used)
1/2 tbsp Aniseed
1 tbsp Dried Rosemary
1/2 tbsp fennel
1/2 medium size green (bell) pepper

I was at the beach some oooo on that hot sunny day and fortunate enough to enjoy some of this delicious mouth watering chicken gizzard. I could not stop eating this gizzard oooo…. I even wanted more the following Sunday but her family ate all the leftover 😆
She added her chilled special Hausa non alcoholic beer made from millet , I think she’s yet to release that one so sshhhhhh🤫
I cannot forget this wow taste 👅, so I’m going try and make some for myself following this recipe step by step
By the way thanks for sharing your delicious gizzard, I don’t think I’ve said it yet. What a shock 😆😆

What temperature in the oven?

180 degrees Celsius for 7-8 minutes. 5 minutes on one side and 2 - 3 minutes on the other side. Hope this helps 🙏🏾
