To pass a life and health insurance exam, you will need to have broad knowledge of insurance concepts, policy types, taxes and federal regulations, not to mention the insurance laws in your state

Great Video for New Agents Cody! .... really lays out what it takes to make it work. LEADS simplify this business of course, but doing all that you did when you first started, really teaches an average agent, who may wind up quitting one day, to become a PROFESSIONAL Agent with the necessary skills to make this a career longterm. NOT to mention that once they do start buying leads, they APPRECIATE them a whole lot more and get TRUE VALUE from them as opposed to complaining about how the leads suck. If you have cold called, cold door knocked, worked warm market etc....you have an ENTIRE different perspective when you actually have a lead of someone who indicated they had an interest in your product or service. i passed my exam and have a 214 license 1 month and still looking for options don't know where to start as a new agent with no experience and that have a full personal responsibilities and with no confidence 😢

This is such a great video for people getting started I’ve been watching your videos and really have been interested in your content. I’ve been the 8% for 3 years and I cannot get to where I want to. Any advice for someone doing Medicare insurance. I’m a top agent where I’m at always hit their quota, but I can’t hit my personal goals in sales. I’m not sure if it leads or what but I feel like I’m being held back from elevating and I want to take it to the next level.

I hope I got my question answered. After passing the exam and getting a license, a friend approached you and asked for a quote, let's say car insurance, how do you give him that? me as an insurance broker, which suppliers will work with me to let me generate quotes on their behalf? Please advise!

Sounds like a ton of work and up sell with no guarantee of sales. A constant grind. Dude there is much easier out there. I’d rather do Walmart or Amazon, they are paying $15 an hour now. Lol
I’m currently in the process and was hired for gohealth . I live in Texas but have a North Carolina drivers license I was told in order to get licenses and start work I have to switch my drivers license I spoke with nipr and exam administrators and was told all o need is an address in Texas and valid license I’m not sure why the recruiter said my id has to be from the state I was hired for to take the exam please help

Health insurance exam is the more difficult. Health insurance policies are simply more complicated than life insurance policies
I passed mine after much studying, I studied some Exam Cram and other insurance PDF
After several trials working with the help of Mr James eased me the stress of sitting for the exam over and over again. Thank you James 🎉
