So I'm not a pro, but I've been learning a lot about foundation repair...I think you have put the soil too high, above the line where your foundation meets the brick. Maybe your house has brick all the way down? Thats one of the issues I'm dealing with at my parents house. Also, be careful what you plant. Believe it or not, I just dug out part of the tiger lillies my mom planted a long time ago and theres a whole line of them stuck to the side of the house with no earth under them. The roots that arent growing into the stone foundation are just dangling in mid air. I admire you for making a video, so I hate to be critical but I think it may cause you some problems if your house is like theirs.

Hello. Thank you for the video. What would you suggest if there is already mulch in the bed, but need to place top soil? Should I remove the mulch or just put top soil over the mulch and then re- mulch it?
