The situation MAY be different now in 2022, but they are still choosing to not put it on sale. Also, if you think you can just find any song you want for streaming online, that is a beautiful lie many people hold true. Maybe half of all modern recorded music is not available, and much of it won't be available for much longer. You cannot put all media people made online and make it available forever, that's not how technology works.
