  • Does training harder always equal more benefit? Logically you know the answer to this question is no, but in reality this is how many sports practices and trainings are structured.
    In this video I address a very intelligent question by one of my Instagram followers regarding the structure of competition training for his bjj athletes, and how you can apply the laws of specificity and transfer of training to your skills training or sport practice, to create better transfer into actual sport performance.

    Im from Spain. I dont understand english very good but i like what i hear. You mean that, for example, if you want to improve a maximun intensity in a 3 round amateur boxing fight, with good technique, you should do 3 or 4 rounds of high intensity sparring, but with enough rest between rounds for make the next on a high intensity?
