不要说这个厂设备落后，因为生产这种老旧型号的低技术弹药足够了 也不需要投资新的智能化生产线，如过透了 订单不够可能连成本都不够。这个就好比老人再就业，也就找个保洁员的工资，你不可能让他再去学个双硕士学位 操控清洁机器人去扫厕所

这么多年以来最大的是1个亿的订单，能有多大的利润空间啊，各种东西都要花钱。所以自动化之类的说法，确实有点太难以实现了。军工厂毕竟要靠战争维系着。所以平时谁敢，谁舍得搞那么多自动化。

按道理说，国内40火的库存平均人手一个，不至于需要生产新的呀。
