As a friend of Indians. I would like to say this:
As long as you buy into democracy , you won't succeed. Democracy has never worked. I am a Taiwanese. Our country grew under martial law. Law and order created the "Taiwan" miracle. Some of us the went to China, as China asked for our help to rebuild China. However, suddenly, we bought into democracy as the west spread it all over. We then saw our wages not increase in 20 years. China had always knew democracy didn't work. And has never fallen into the trap. It kept its dignity , sucked in its pride and worked from the ground up. China is a pragmatist. A scientist. It experiments and admits its faults, when they see wrong, they corrected it. Democracy is imperialist way of dividing and conquering. Democracy made sure people believed that to have a healthy country, people must argue all day. A politician must attack the other side making it impossible to build anything quickly. Since ancient Greece, Rome, democracy has never succeeded. Democracy=rule by demons. Ask yourself , during the history of the US, when did people get to vote? in the 1960s? So they weren't democracies. UK was an imperialist who stole from their colonies, US used slaves to build their country . Their wealth came from stealing and robbing. Today, they can't rob anymore and it is showing all sorts of problems. India is not an imperialist country. Majority rule sounds romantic. However, mob rule are barbarian's way. If majority rule is correct. then We should just be barbarians , shouldn't we?
The truth is, the educated are the minority. When building a road, it is best to ask engineers, when governing a state , it is best to ask people with experience. Not pick rulers by popularity. For the past 50 years. China has already proven, even though it started later than India, the scientific way made China grow faster. So wake up! It is easy to look at someone wealthy and follow their ways. But what if the wealthy guy is a thief and got its riches by stealing? Now that it can't steal anymore, would he still be rich? Trust the Chinese way. China invented paper currency. Do you trust a thief or the nation who invented money? Capitalism is the reason why a nation is rich. Not democracy. "Tyranny naturally arise from Democracy, and extreme form of liberalism is the worst form of tyranny" -Plato . When people abuse freedom of speech, morality is lost and all you do is argue with trolls. A nation then falls.

+Truthseeker Agree on most of your points. China is bashed almost on a daily basis. I just let the haters enjoy themselves. The truth is they can do nothing else about China, so whining and feeling morally "superior" should be the compensation they deserve.

Ah I know. But let me tell you my personal experience. I have lived in about 5 countries now so it does give me some right on this matter. Falling GDP is due to falling population which does not mean the quality of life is poor in Japan. And the quick growth thing still holds true because I am not talking about 1990s or 2000s. Americans usually feel bad about Japan but it should be the other way around. Japan's standard of living still much higher. Social Structure still remains. Education and health is way better and certainly better than any Asian nation, Singapore might compete in some ways. So its not all about falling GDP and falling populaiton. Yh it is not the same good Japan of 1980s but the situation is not as bad as we believe it to be.

China and India both have started their journeys together towards becoming a Sovereign country. But today China is much ahead than India in the field of GDP, Defense, sports and technology. We are having one plus point and that is " Our Democracy" but in other fields we have to learn many things from China.

A very beautiful and interesting presentation. After watching this it is not difficult to think why 'made in China' is seen everywhere. Indian businessmen purchasing cheap goods there for sale in India but good quality products are also available in the same market if the money spent is right. We can understand why many things from toys to machines to tools that are told to be not durable and without warranty at many shops. The shopkeepers say derisively that they are 'China made' and are totally unreliable. But people buy phones and computers of branded company, also made in China, and say they are classy.

      中国两千多年前就实施车同轨书同文政策,这真是许多现代新国家正在做的事情。中国两千多年前就发出---王侯将相,宁有种乎?的呐喊,废除世袭贵族,种姓制度,这正是美国今天大谈特谈的美国梦和印度正要做的事情!中国两千多年前就废除分封制实行郡县制,防止地方政治割据主义和经济地方保护主义,这正是欧盟在做的事情!中国一千多年前就发明科举制度面向社会甄别选举贤能,连近代英国都学习借鉴,中国上台下台多少朝代,而现代当代许多国家才换个几个总统,中国几千年前就知道敬鬼神而远之,早就跳脱虚无缥缈没有现实意义的宗教意识形态,这比欧美国家政教分裂原则早千年,而伊斯兰世界更是奢谈,中国几千年前就发出狄入华则中华的文化立国原则,这比当代的一些民族国家以民族立国,教族国家以宗教立国更包容!一个文明没有经历上千年的辉煌和黑暗再到爆发的磨炼是没有生命力的,考验一个国家的内力不是在它最辉煌的时候能扩张多少,而是他最柔弱的时候能凝聚多少,否则蒙古帝国昙花一现,罗马帝国灰飞烟灭,大英帝国缩回英格兰,巨大苏联分崩离析。今天的美国如日中天,大家都来美国追寻未来,但如果美国某一天不在一枝独秀变得平庸我不知道还有多少人眷留
      凭这段原创总结提炼的话,我可以当你导师吗?

      +Eric Lee 不错的观点,我倾向于同意你的观点。同时我觉得欲望和幸福感有联系,在当下的中国幸福感来自于物质金钱,因为不堪过去贫瘠的物质生活。但我预测当物质生活满足了,即中国成为中等发达国家后,中国国民对物质的欲望会降低点。

    • @ericlee9133
      @ericlee9133 8 лет назад +1

      ***** 谢谢,中国成为发达国家,我也不知道我是应该期盼还是应该对这一天保持敬畏。
      我觉得世界上有两种幸福感存在,第一种的幸福感来源“对比”;第二种的幸福来自“享受”(enjoy)。一个是与别人的互动,一个纯是自己的事情。
      希望中国人更多的是为了“享受”而不是参与到盲目的“对比”中来得到自己的幸福感。
      如果,喝拉菲的人是真的能喝出美妙的感觉才买的酒,看歌剧的人是真的喜欢它才买它价格不菲的票的。这同样是对物质的追求,就是更高的层次的追求。也是极好的变化。
      我觉得,要追求这种变化,但千万不要降低对高端物质的要求,因为这才是社会发展的原始动力,而且,也只有物质上的充盈,才可以供给精神更茁壮的成长。

Only English to communicate. Each language has their own scripts. As per my knowledge though China has two writing system, i.e. Traditional and Simplified but their dialect is different e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien etc But in Indian language e.g. Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujrati, Tamil, Telugu has their own language as well as script. So major places it is written in both English and Hindi, two official languages of india.

Not that much different as the language family is same. Just like English, French, German etc are different but belongs to same family. Marathi, Hindi, Bhojpuri these couple of North Indian language which sounds similar and follow same script. अ आ इ ई... - This is the script they follow.
