As a side note, Graziano looks very smart and Judi looks really beautiful. And I especially love what Strictly does with her hair.

I saw Graziano Di prima in he stage show before the first lockdown In March 2020 l also saw him in Burn The Floor in 2019 with Kevin Clifton.

I feel like Graziano learned from his first season. This suited Judi to a T!! The content was a bit basic, but Judi definitely executed it good, and she showed more personality because of it being an AS! I am ready to see more of them..

Graziano channeling Donnie Burns here! A steady start for Judi, she sold the routine and had great musicality. So glad that Anton is a judge this year, because if she had got him as a pro, he would have made her into the comedy turn. Graziano choreographed a routine in which she was in control and she shone. Go 'ed girl!

Judi acted the dance perfectly! She and Graziano, artistry-wise, are an insane match. HOWEVER, technically, there were quite a lot of mistakes. There no heel leads at all, Judi's steps were too small (taking bigger steps and really pushing into the floor that's what creates gliding, which is so important in a dance like the foxtrot). In addition, Judi's upper body could have been better. I really liked her frame though - it was excellent. I would like to see more emphasis on technique. As much as I loved the acting, it was too theatrical for me, there was no balance between great footwork and a great performance... she owned the dancefloor in terms of artistry but she didn't do a good job in terms of mastering the foxtrot. My score: a 5.

I wasn't dying on this dance. She had a great hold and topline, her musicality and rhythm was excellent and the storytelling was very captivating but as an American Smooth I didnt like it. Its tough to get the wow factor of an American Smooth without the lifts and many bigger stars have struggled with this dance before because it just looks like a Foxtrot only slightly more out of hold. The waist up was beautiful but unfortunately the knees were stiff which meant she couldn't get any of the proper footwork required and I thought the footwork was very poor. Usually im the nice go with my heart judge on here but there was too much to be desired here. Judi is definitely going to be a Latin girl and I do think she has potential. *5/10*
In other words shes big girl that cant be lifted and shes flat footed
@@jamesblundell4616 well thankfully not many dances need lifts and she has this one out the way. She was flat footed but that's more down to ability than weight, look at Lisa Riley for example (bigger and amazing)

Her shoes could have been more jazzy, they are a bit basic.
I suspect comfort trumps “jazzy” every time! She’s got moves; can’t wait to see her cha cha.

Same. It did almost literally everything else except an American Smooth. The music doesn't help
Er, what was this? They did her dirty! Hopefully they do her justice next week. Because what is this? It was ok, but literally 90% of this dance was literally anything other than an American Smooth. And the actual American Smooth bits? Not that great. It lacked the dreamy flow that Greg's had in spades. And that music does not help at all. This would have been better as, I dunno, a Cha Cha or a Quickstep? Or a Tango, similar to Clara and Alijaz from last year. I'm not blaming Judi and Graz here, I know they can do better, but if it carries on like this, it's not looking good...
I’ve seen this done as a cha cha. I agree calling it American Smooth was a bit of a stretch. I think it was lacking in content overall.
@David Yeah, a Quickstep was lower on my list on what this could have been.
Nice comments from the judges sadly wont keep Ms Love in the competition for much longer. Lame and basic, sorry very forgettable!
Well at least she’s done something worth remembering in her life…
