Have the new M35 version on order. Don’t need the slightly better 0-60 or mileage. Trading in my beautiful 2019 540i, but a test drive in this car convinced me, a never ecar guy.
@@WowzaGuy actually I did a test drive in the eDrive 40. The 35 happened to be on order at the dealership. Loved everything about it. BMW fit and finish of course. The acceleration was great. Liked the idea of the regenerative braking although does take a while to get accustomed to it. The 35 is about 5 grand less with all the features of the 40 except for a smaller battery, a bit less range, and a bit less acceleration. Had it for a week now. Love it. Only drive around town so the level one recharging is sufficient.
Funny thing, my bmw i4 msport arrived in November and I sold 2 weeks ago 😂😂, this car has any emotion on me. I just bought a new Ford Focus ST 2023 which I loved it so much 😍
I would opt for an xDrive i4, simply because RWD isn’t good in snowy conditions, which yes it’s more expensive, but come on. I heard there’s gonna be an i4 xDrive40 that will be unveiled later this year, but it’ll only be offered in North America.
Getting my i4 edrive 35 in 2 days . Can't wait!!

I’ve got the i4 m50 it’s a great car very fast I’ve driven the i4 e drive 40 still very good but not as much fun as the m50
