Actually, I did hear somewhere that before Wander got cancelled, McCracken had planned the third season of Wander to take on a more serious tone with Hater’s father being one of the main villains. It probably would’ve covered Wander and Hater’s past in depth as well. Sadly, this never came to fruition. I wish it would come back.
