Apply for a job now in Germany. What are you waiting for ??
    Intro:
In Germany there is a „Shortage of qualified workers“!
    What does it actually mean?
And what does it mean to YOU!?
Faced with a critical shortage of skilled labor, „Shortage of qualified workers“ means that there are not enough people with a degree or 2 years of finished vocational training.
& it means they might need exactly YOU!
In Germany there is a heavy demographic change going on.
It means many old people leave labour and not enough young ones taking over.
In 2030 people with the ability to work will be around 45,9 million and in 2060 only 35,7 million. From now to 2060 Germany will loose one third of all the employees.
The society and politicians have known about it for a long time , but nothing happened.
There are many small components to encounter this future problem.
Besides letting older people work longer, integrate woman into jobs during their family starting period and many others things.
The main topic is immigration of qualified workers from other countries.
Today I want to present you the main possibilities of moving to Germany with or for a job and show you the general rules and requirements.
I hope youser find yourself in there and take the opportunity to give your labour to Germany and you will get back living in a wonderful country with great social security and hopefully with a good integration you can stay here happy forever.
First of all I want to present you the 2 main homepages about my topic today.
Depending on where you find yourself choos e the one fitting to you:
Official homepage for migration/refugees in Germany:
    www.bamf.de/EN/Startseite/sta...
Official homepage for qualified people looking for a job in Germany:
    www.make-it-in-germany.com/de
    1. High Demand Jobs
(IT, health care, hospitality, science and engineering)
    for graduates:
you can apply for work VISA (valid for 4 years or time of contract if lower) if:
    - proof of degree and recognized in GER (homepage)
    - proof of concrete job offer (job links)
    - specialty for over 45 about the job salary, for more look here…
for people with vocational qualifications or vocational training:
you can apply for a work VISA (valid for 4 years or time of contract if lower):
    - proof of qualification
    - proof of concrete job offer
    - for certain jobs special language qualifications are necessary
    - specialty for over 45 about the job salary, for more look here…
    for „vocational training“ in Germany:
Vocational training is when you are given to work and learn on this field of job you applied for. This usually takes 2 to 3 and half years
You learn theory and practical. You gained so much knowledge in your future occupation and this way of work or apprenticeship in quite a norm in Germany
    - additionally money to cover costs, good german language knowledge and a proper school certification
here is the link to check if your qualification is equivalent to the german one:
    www.anerkennung-in-deutschlan...
EU Blue Card (special residence permit for graduates)
„The EU Blue Card is a residence title for graduates which is intended to facilitate and promote the permanent immigration of highly-qualified persons from outside the EU to Germany.“ www.bamf.de/EN/Themen/Migrati...
    - proof of degree
    - proof of job offer and in relation to your degree
    - 56800/yearly, 44304/yearly for jobs in (mathematics, computer science, human medicine, natural science, engineering)
gives you an open-ended right of residence if held for more than 33 months with many advantages to make integrating into Germany easier.
For example easier family reunification with less restrictions…
    2. Job Seeking VISA (6 months for looking for a job)
    for graduates:
    - proof of degree
    - proof of costs for livelihood for the time of VISA duration
    for people with vocational qualifications:
    - proof of vocational training
    - proof of costs for livelihood for the time of VISA duration
    - german language skills (B1)
In my experience and what I know from family and media the jobs with the highest demand in Germany are:
    - health care (treatment of older people)
    - hospitality (hotel business, restaurants, chefs)
    -

Hello Sindy, this is great information for people who want to go to Germany. Thank you so much for your Information.
I want to know what your husband thinks about this?
I have many people with me for German courses at the Goethe-Institut in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Just like me, my sister passed A1, A2, B1, many other students also made it.
All students have an apprenticeship contract with various companies and a fixed starting date in Germany.
The problem in Colobo Sri Lanka is that there are no dates for submitting the documents for up to 9 months. The Embassy in Colombo, Sri Lanka does not have any appointments here. That means we ask ourselves why I invested so much money and time if I can't get an appointment.. we want an appointment, we're so happy when we "ONLY" have an appointment to speak to German Embassy.

Not believing someting, seems to be a general problem in Germany.
We know so much, we are good educated and get good news from all over the world, but to change things, that we got used to is very hard.
We need more, Teacher, Nurse Care Worker, Craftsmen, ... but we do that later.
We need to do more against climate change ... but we do it later.
We need to repair streets, bridges and railroads, ... but they will last for now.
There is a guy in the East, messing up with the neighbours, ... ahh we will wait if ... upps.
Germany thinks "we are the best"?
I never thought, we are the best, just a good mixture, with areas were we could improve!
Schönen Dank für die Vorstellung von den Möglichkeiten in Deutschland!

The main problem in Germany is is Bureacracy (Red-Tape). An friend from Nigeria came as a dentist, but started from square one now she has her own Dentakl practice. It could have been easier if they used the peer review system and peoeple like her could join the job market quicker. Not only in Germany but most of Western Europe, there are qualified persons sitting in refugee homes and are not allowed to work. Germany also has systematic racism, where darker people are marginalised, the UKraine refugee problem made that very clear.
