Yea I had I 2x 200,400,500 ladder at 800 pace last night with 2 min or more rest depending on how I adapted to the weather. Got the work done tho 😁👍 The feel was 23

cold weather increases HR in order to improve circulation. Think about when you take a cold shower, does your heart rate increase or decrease
